This place is absolutely FANTASTIC it has everything you could ask for! And the history to boot. The beer is great they had 5 of their own beers on tap. They don’t bottle or can their beer hopefully that’s a thing in the future but you can buy growlers! There is an elaborate maze of a beer garden out side, can’t wait to go back in the summer. There are catacombs 40ft below the building that were used to refrigerate and age barrels of beer in the 1900s. The place has been on Ghost Hunters and the Food channel recently. The food was awesomeI took the manager recommendation of Chicken and Waffles. Shawn was the best he gave us a tour of the whole place. You can tell he has pride in his job and runs a tight ship. Can’t wait to come back soon.

We booked our holiday team party at Bube's and loved it!! We did a private murder mystery event--Delightfully Dickens. The cast was phenomenal and got our team members involved. Shawn, who is the Events Coordinator for Bube's was an absolute delight to work with. If you are looking for something fun and different to do--GO TO BUBE'S!! We will definitely be back.

Now this is a cool place! An absolute must visit. Seen it on a Ghost Hunters episode & had to see it for myself. I will definitely be back several times. I want to do the haunted dinner in the catacombs one of these Halloween's & do the weekend tour of the place. It is a bit out of the way but totally worth it. The food is excellent! Try the popcorn appetizer with the baconmy god! I apologize that I don't remember our server's nor the bartender's names but they were great. Very accommodating, friendly & helpful. The server has a tattoo on her forearm of a purposely misspelled word to which I can't remember what word it is but, it had a cool story to it. Also the short blonde bartender lady was great as well Very friendly, accommodating & helpful. All of which made for an awesome experience.

First time here, took us three hours of drive to get there, were from jersey! But the whole experience was worthy. Great ambience. Nice staff. Food was great! The while catacombs feast dinning was fun. Defiantly going back!

If you're in Mount Joy, be sure to stop by and check this place out. There is a life sized chess board to play chess on. A really cool atmosphere as well it is inside an old brewery that has been refurbished to give it a rustic yet aesthetic look. The main attraction here is the Catacombs.

Great experience and excellent meal! Rachel hosted us on a tour of the historic brewery before our dinner in Catacombs below. Corey was an attentive and conscientious waiter, and our dinners (Gnocchi, and Fisherman's Stew, with house salads) were delicious. The atmosphere of the candlelit cave/catacombs alone was worth the price. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

My husband and I ate here on Monday June 5 2017 for our 5th wedding anniversary. We live in Adams county pa an have wanted to try this place for a while because of how interesting it would be to eat in the Catacombs, so we planned an overnight trip to Lancaster and decided to try this place out. To be honest I was a little worried about how dinner would be because of all the bad reviews but tried to keep and open mind and I'm glad I did! This place was awesome! Our waitress Anne was amazing, she was right on top of things. Our drink glasses were never empty, food arrived quickly and she was so pleasant to talk to. There were 5 other tables in the Catacombs besides us and she was the only waitress and she had to run up and down the steps to get the food and alcoholic beverages for all the tables but always had a smile on her face. The food was delicious as well. We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer, I ordered the ribs and mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the steak with blue cheese and mushrooms melted over top with mashed potatoes and we would highly recommend both! All food was hot and seasoned perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Had a great time. Our server, Corey and hostess, also Corey, were awesome. Food was great, service was excellent, beer was delicious. (Server) Corey did an awesome job recognizing my taste in beers and made well educated and much appreciated suggestions. Highly recommend.

Myself, my wife, and my parents went on 5/13/17 for what was supposed to be a nice evening out. We were seated in the Catacombs, which is a really interesting place to eat (seriously, dinner in an old speakeasy? Awesome). The dinner rolls were also quite delicious, as freshly-baked rolls tend to be. Also, the first of our four waitresses was quite helpful However, that was the end of the nice evening out. Two of us ordered steaks ($31 apiece) and requested they be cooked to medium. However, both were charcoal bricks, blackened out the outside and cooked completely dry. All the meals came with fresh green beans, which were completely unseasoned and seemingly uncooked. We decided we would give dessert a go, so when the fourth waiter came to give the dessert list, my mom had a couple questions. He interrupted her (simply asking for him to repeat the list, since there is no menu), saying he'd be right back. 10 minutes later, we decided we just wanted to skip dessert and get out.
This is the type of service and food I expect from a $7/plate diner, not a $30/plate restaurant - we will not be back.

Last night (Monday) my wife and I went to Bube's to celebrate our one year anniversary and we relived our wedding! The food and service were amazing (Thanks, Anne) and the portions were of adequate size. The unique flavors of beer are worth the visit alone! I personally love the sour beers. The unique atmosphere of this place can be magical! We held our reception at Bube's one year earlier. Shawn was very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating to our requests! Thanks again Shawn! We could not have chosen a better place to hold our reception. All of our guests are still talking about our reception. The wonderful location, the quality of the food, how great the service was and how much fun they had! And the guests that could not make it are raving on social media on how their 1st stop in PA will be Bube's Brewery!

We had so much fun at Bube's! We came for a quick weekend get away from Baltimore. Dinner in the cavern was amazing and the atmosphere was unlike any other. We enjoyed live music and cocktails in the tavern and then spent the night in one of the whimsically eclectic rooms upstairs. We've been telling all our friends what a fun time we had and can't wait to go back again soon. What a great hidden gem!!
And Shawn, the banquet manager, did a fantastic job of accommodating us prior to our visit.
