although this was a process point for a car that was being reissued by Redemption, the staff was not very accommodating the manager refused to speak with a client even after the fact that there was an obvious miscommunication. How I hate to point out some of the more obvious features of the entire situation ( there might have been some cultural bias involved)but I will simply say this,for me that if this is going to be the first experience in dealing with the automotive reclaimation or Auto Auction industry be prepared for the more how should I say brutal hard truth of this industry.
