The crew that installed our patio door was top notch and did a great job!! They were very professional and went above and beyond explaining everything they were doing and cleaning up after the job was completed. There were a few hiccups with the door we ordered and we felt that communication from Majors was a little lacking on this front. Overall very happy and our door looks beautiful.

They put up a screened in enclosure in my back sitting area and it's awesome. Very professional company. The two guys that did the work (Charley Burke and Josh) were fantastic. I love the screened in back porch and I highly recommend this company.

Majors Home Improvement kept us up to date about our order, (15 windows and a new door); the county permit; when to expect a crew out and then the post inspection. Their communication is exceptional.
The crew we had out to install, Roger and Brandon,
were courteous, timely, took pride in their work and their representation of their company, went above and beyond our expectations.
Previous construction flaws had to be overcome to install our windows properly and Brandon and Roger are true problem solvers. Their work ethic is inspiring and we are so happy with the installed windows and door.
The quality of Majors windows are wonderful.

Majors was terrific from sales presentation by Chuck To Josh at production and then to the expert installation crew of Brandon, Roger, and Andrew. Professionalism at every step; these guys know exactly what to do, do it on time, and are very polite and knowledgeable about the product. The tight fit and caulking on all windows is amazing! We truly felt like we got special treatment during the entire window replacement project. I will continue to use Majors as my first source for all my future home improvement projects. Even taking into account the great competitive pricing, top product quality, and on-time delivery; Customer service and satisfaction is at the apex of their philosophy at Majors. Very smooth beginning to end. When you first meet Chuck, you will be sold. Nothing but "good" follows!!

03/2021 Travis and Roger were awesome! They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. Our home is undergoing repairs due to hurricane damage so we've had our share of different contractors in the house, by far, Majors was the most pleasant to deal with. I love my new doors! They were so great we also ordered replacement windows for the whole house!
06/2021 Travis and Paul provided phenomenal service once again with the installment of windows for the entire house. They treated my home with kid gloves, cleaning up after the install (and, if I'm being honest, they left it better than when they arrived). They noticed a manufacture defect in one of the windows, and placed the replacement order immediately. Contracted for a siding job. The guys left the area a huge mess every day making it dangerous to come home after dark. Instead of cutting the shrubs back the stomped them and broke them off at an inch above ground level. Crew had to return five times to fix screwed up details. I paid a premium rate for a first class job and got third class work. Do not hire them!

It was a smooth process from getting a quote, to scheduling the installation, to getting it done. The installers were very courteous and did not leave the even the slightest bit of a mess. The quality of the windows is excellent and the cost was quite reasonable. I am very happy with everything.

Workers do a great job but expediting of materials in a timely manner was not a priority. Administration staff could care less about acquiring work as I witness.

Just had my bathroom redone by Majors. When the salesman came by he quoted a high price, but I assumed they would be providing premium service. He estimated it would only take 3-5 days, which made sense since my bathroom is the size of a walk in closet. Majors tore everything out, and I noticed some of the studs were rotting from a leak we had. Instead of telling me and asking if we wanted it fix, the worker from Majors just started putting up the sheetrock and leaving the rotted studs in the wall. Next, when he was doing the tile in the shower, he didn't use spacers so the grout line varied dramatically from one row to the next. Then, majors installed the soap dishes wrong. The soap dishes had built in drainage, but the worker still made them slanted. The worker also installed the wrong door. Instead of having bullnose tile along the edges, majors installed trim made of out pvc, which looked terrible and is not what I expected whenever I agreed to pay a premium price. The worker for majors also didn't center the drain, so it was about 6 inches from the wall on one side and about 10 inches from the wall on the other side. The flooring wasn't level and was very noticeable because the toilet had a lot of grout on part of it and very little on the other part. The light fixture above the sink wasn't installed properly, so there was a visible hole behind the lights. Oh yeah, it also took over two months to finish. With all of these issues, one would think Majors would be apologetic, but they weren't and weren't going to come out and fix anything and just leave it that way, but we went through Home Depot, and Home Depot made them fix everything.Needless to say, I will never use or recommend Majors to anyone.

I called these guys for a quote and they came out the next morning. I went with them and had built in cabinets made for a game room.They were very professional and did a great job. My wife was very happy that they kept the work site really clean.

I didn't have any problems. The Majors Home Improvement crew and salesman were very professional, nice, and cooperative with having an animal in the house. I cannot say enough about them; they were nice and professional.
