We hired 911 Restoration and 911 Construction to remove mold in the kitchen in our new condo. The mold was removed, and we wanted to have 911 Construction remodel the kitchen since half of it was already down to the framework because of the mold removal.

I was told by both the project manager at 911 Restoration and the sales rep with 911 Construction that the project scope could be modified to include updating the cabinets and countertops, and modifying an arch between the kitchen and dining room to make it larger and square it off.

Basically, I was lied to by two people at this company. I signed the contract under the presumption that it could be modified to include the extra work. The 911 Construction sales rep assured me that it could be modified before I signed it. There was no point in putting everything back just to have to take it all back out again for the remodel. Their own cabinet subcontractor even said that it didn't make sense.

It really felt to me that they were just trying to get paid to do the job twice. I told him then at that meeting that if he just put everything back that I would take my business elsewhere for the remodel, which I have done. He lost out on an extra $20,000+ of business because of his refusal to listen to what his customer wanted.

I cannot recommend this company at all. We were charged a total of more than $10,000 for the mold remediation and reconstruction, and I'm just not seeing $10,000 of work. The work they did do was often not right or just sloppy. Even if your house is completely flooded, there are better options out there. No mold or water emergency is worth dealing with this company.

Great experience working with 911 restoration!
Zoey, Raul, and Edgar were sent to work on my home to remove mold. These guys were awesome! Very respectful of my property and my pets. They worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. They left the areas cleaner then before they started. My air test is now good. No more mold! I’m very grateful to have found this company. Warren was amazing from the start he was very professional and straight forward. Everything he said was accurate and honest. I have been through hell and back working with my insurance company on this hurricane damage and working with 911 restoration has been a blessing. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you 911 restoration.

I had a wonderful experience with 911 restoration. Zoe and Jonathan came to do the mold removal. They were prompt, respectful, and worked quickly. Mikey came the next day to pick up remaining equipment and close the project. Everything went smoothly and workers arrived earlier than expected. I can't recommend them enough!

911 Restoration charged $2700 to clean one room after an unattended death. Their employee only cleaned part of the room, but was not thorough as expected. See photos - I am so disappointed and cannot recommend this company. Further, a few days after they confirmed my credit card there were fraud attempts! 3 months later in July I was contacted by the owner Tom - too late for any additional cleaning at the house. He offered some compensation so I could change my reviews. I did get a check for half of the fee, which is appreciated, but the service in April was distressingly poor

I’m very glad I found 911 Restoration company searching the web for a water damage on my residence. 911 have done a terrific job at a reasonable costs.
The POC Rey is very professional and always available and willing to schedule the work according to my needs.
I usually do some housework myself due to my punctilious exigencies, but honestly, 911 Restoration surpasses my requirements. Since the demolition crew, Cesar and Adan, the meticulous work was impecable. They carefully covered the working area, no dust of debris was noticed at anytime. They set up few equipments for several days to extract the humidity from the walls. They used a none toxic chemical to kill any bacteria on the affected areas. A second mold test was done to be sure my residence was safe. The subcontracted Air Condition crew conscientiously removed the AC unit, they later came to re install it back and they did a very professional job.
After the replacement of all new partitions, 911 Restoration sent the AC ducts cleaning crew, Cesar and Delia. They were very kind and once again an impeccable job was performed. I’ll strongly recommend 911 Restoration if you have the unfortunate experience of mold due to a water damage. I thanks Rey for his kindness and knowledge and excellent services.
