I have reached out to just parking to seal coat and paint stripes on my parking lot. When they finished I went over the next morning to look over the parking lot in day light as they worked at night and can’t see much in the dark. In my observance of the lot, I noticed some of the cracks were not sealed, the parking lines were not completely straight, the sealant to cover one of the cracks was very poorly done. I have also had them install three new wheel stops and one of them is missing a rebar to keep placed and now I have already had someone try to run over it and moved it. I have called them numerous times and then texted them with the photos and have politely asked them to give me a call back, which they didn’t, and then have asked them through text to come fix these issues. It’s been three days since I tried calling the first time and have still not gotten a response. I am now concerned of how long this seal coat is actually going to last. It could be sooner than I expected. I only ask for them to come back and fix these issues as they have already been paid in full.
