I love Emily, a VERY talented stylist and colorist!!! Wish she was anywhere other than this salon. Feel as if front desk staff aren't nearly as customer service friendly as they should be in a salon of this quality. And, when I called last week to schedule a haircut with Emily (my normal stylist!), was told that she didn't have anything open for a month for even a simple haircut. They weren't apologetic at all, didn't try to see if they could squeeze me in anywhere since I'm one of her regulars . . . or, didn't even let Emily know that she was probably losing a client over this, when I said I couldn't wait that long. Were just very "matter of fact" about it. Sorry, Emily . . . going elsewhere.

Love Aabani and especially love Michelle - incredible cut and color! Always creative and listens to me and helps me take my thoughts and creates an incredible wearable reality!

I started getting my hair cut by Natalie, which she did an ok cut.
