I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I politely spoke to the male at the counter but noticed that he only said how can I help you so I spoke again to make sure he heard me while waiting for a greeting as well. Needless to say that did not happen. Matter of a fact he became a bit hostile because I question him for not speaking. I politely turned around and walked out the door. I will not patronize this establishment. No customer service no funds not mine anyways. I can't change others but I can change how and where I spend my money!

Absolutely terrible. Work quality does not match the extremely over priced selection. Would NOT recommend that anyone go here. They initially told my wife the price was 32$ and by the time she left, somehow, the price magically jumped up to 57$. All in all it is an absolute rip off.

Never would I recommend them. This used to be my to go place but the service has just gone down hill. I went for a basic pedicure and the lady who started my nails was rude she moved the cart dragging my shoes and when I went to get my shoes she told me they are fine there. I advised that I preferred for my shoes not to be smushed under the cart and moved them. Then I stuck my feet in the water accidentally forgetting I had gel polish on it and I remembered and told her. She got pissed at my and started talking in another language to the other girl and you could tell she didn't want to do my toes because the girl replied back in English to late you already starters. Then the lady got up and said nothing and just left. Another lady came and did my toes. Then I went to pay and they freaking charged me $10 to remove the gel polish on top of the pedicure charge. I have never paid that and wasn't even told that! Their customer service is awful and they don't care. On top of that they didn't even offer drinks like usual. I went to relax and came out annoyed. Never again

Just left. Pedicure was fine until the tech got oil all over my jeans. All I got was a weak apology and a denial, like a college educated person can't tell the difference between water and oil. I will NOT be back. Be careful.

I'm extremely picky about my nails, and have went to multiple shops in Fayetteville this is absolutely my favorite nail shop their professional my nails always look good never rushed. The nail techs are also up to date on all the styles. I ALWAYS recommend L'amour to anyone who asks me about my nails. Plus they have wine!!!

I was a walk in, a friend referred me to this facility. When I approached the desk, the lady behind the desk was very rude. I never get my nails done, so I wasn't sure what I wanted- and I showed her a picture. They spent about 40 minutes arguing with me and correcting me before they sat me down to begin. The employees were trash talking the owner? the entire time, and my nails in the end looked AWFUL. They also chipped away only 2 days after getting them done. When I told her I wasn't happy, she was extremely defensive. I went to another place (Ninja Nails) only a week afterwards because I couldn't stand my nails any longer- and they did a MUCH better job and were more affordable in price. You could not PAY ME to walk back into L'amour again. Just awful.

Oh my goodness! Talk about clean! This place is gorgeous! The atmosphere is so relaxing and Kemmian is so nice!! I will be recommending this salon and spa!

So I'm CURRENTLY sitting in their pedicure chair and I asked the lady working on me if she could scrub a problem area and she says "we're not supposed to" then looks at the manager sitting next to her and whispers sorry to me 😐WTF. Why aren't you allowed to? She seemed scared & I was very uncomfortable. Then she had to sneak & do it when she looked away. WOW. Something really weird about that. Unprofessional.

This is the only place I will get a pedicure done. The staff is always nice, the atmosphere is amazing, and you receive complimentary drinks and snacks 😊

If you come to this salon ask for Kim!! She is so friendly and does a wonderful job on my nails! Takes her time and really makes sure you're happy which I love! The salon is beautiful and the staff is professional. I've been coming here for a little while and I haven't been disappointed.
