  Please be sure that you know what they are putting in your hair and make sure you are getting what you are paying for and not anything else. My daughter hair had to be cut after taking a sow-in out. The beautician put hair glue on her braided hair and no one knew about it until we went to take it out. Prior to washing her hair it was definitely angled and straight, the moment we put the water on it her hair began to form back into a circle and matt, we attempted to do everything we could and nothing helped so we called the shop and told them what happened. The service that we received after that was not what I would have expected. The beautician went straight to cutting her hair without offering any apologies nor resolutions and needless to say reimbursement was never mentioned. I sat in the shop patiently for over three hours just to have to watch her get her hair cut out. There were a couple courteous people who tried to assist prior to but I was devastated and completely appalled by the service and the lack of service that was received to say the least. If you ask for a sow-in why would anyone use glue? A full sown in should be glueless if it's done right. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else nor their child.

  I was very disappointed with the service. I had went there to get a relaxer done they charge me so much for it and it didn't even come out straight. My relaxer came out duel looking. The style they gave me suppose to be a doobie Wrap but it wasn't. I don't know what type of products they are using but it didn't put know shine to my hair what so ever. I will never go to this salon again. I would have been better off going to a beauty college instead for the results I got.

  Great service and great people, my wife loves this salon and even though I don't get my hair done here it's a warm and inviting place with fun people and conversation even for the husbands waiting on their wives.

  I love Teresa she's so patient and detailed honestly all the girls there are great at what they do. I like that there a professional crew with no judgment to how short or long your hair might be. I'm a military family member so it's tough being in a new city and trusting strangers with my hair Ladies this place is everything you need. Props to the owner Ms. Gina for selecting such a great crew!

  I went in today for box braids and I love them. I arrived at 1 we discussed the length and size I wanted and how much it would cost and got started right away. Kayla did an amazing job I will definitely be going back

  I went here yesturday to the hope mills location . Tracy did my hair, i absolutely loved it. The fact that she took time to actually listen to what i wanted, then gave me exactly what i asked for, was a major plus. I was a walk in but was accomodated as soon as i walked in the door. Her customer service was way above my expectations. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this salon.

  I don't have a stylist here. I have a team of professionals that do an amazing job with me each and every time I come through the door. I trust all of them. Every service I have been provided for the past 2 years has transformed me into something beautiful each time with each and every stylist I have encountered.
  There is such a vast array of talent within those walls it's a one stop shop for me. Thank you all for all your hard work and dedication for making me feel and look beautiful. Job well done.

  Went in for a major hair cut, stylist was busy gossiping about a stylist that wasn't at work at that particular moment. I had a picture of the cut. I was going from long to very short hairstyle. The stylist looked at the picture four different times and still f*** up my hair. I have four different lengths in my hair and i have to pay another stylist to fix it. My observation of this hair salon cheap prices and you get what you pay for, lots of gossip, loud music and one of the unprofessional hair shops I've ever been in. The stylist that does your hair isn't trusted enough to tale your payment so you will have to stand there till the shop owner can take your payment. JUST BE AWARE 😡
