Great hotel and location. Clean and comfy. The staff is very friendly. Love the nightly turn down service and fudge. The only downside is the pillows are too soft but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is just Awesome Our room is on the 3rd floor its a suite that overlooks main street it is just beautiful! They do a turn down service at night and leave you a treat.
Staying here IS a Special treat! I feel So lucky to be able to be here at Main Street Inn and on Mackinac Island.
A person couldn't ask for more.

Visited in mid October, near end of season. The staff was very professional and courteous. We had a great view of the street and harbor. The suite was quite comfortable and very well decorated.i would recommend this facility to anyone visiting the island

Can't say enough about how great my stay was here at the Main Street Inn and Suites. First, its a perfect location right downtown just yards from the Ferry Docks, and second it has a truly helpful and amazingly hospitable staff. I felt completely comfortable staying there and while the style of the hotel was definitely reminiscent of my grandparents' taste (anyone north of 45 is sure to love it and also those more creatively attuned) I still appreciated the atmosphere and vibe of the entire building. I 100% plan to return to Mackinac Island and it's not even a question of where I will be staying next time - Main Street has my business forever after now.
