Went in today and was greeted as I came through the door. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Good selection of accessories and firearms. Spent a couple of hours on the range and it was great. Interesting people using the range. I will go back.

I find the staff very proficient and professional regardless if you are there to be on the range, buy merchandise or need certication training. They stand ready to help in any way to make your visit an enjoyable experience.

I have been to range more than once and have to say that everyone is super friendly and helpful. I shot quite a bit and do all handloads. I have read reviews of people complaining about this being a "lost brass" range. I have yet to experience anyone yell at me for picking up my own brass in my lane. Now, if you are going to be an idiot and start collecting brass in other lanes, they will have a problem with it. Just use common sense. A great place with decent range prices. They have a great rental selection so if you want to test drive a gun, this is the place.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff - a wide variety of firearms for sale (along with ammo and acessories) - you can rent various firearms at the range - clean and we'll maintained shooting lanes for both pistol and rifle. A great place

I have been in the store 6 times in the last 3 months and 1 time was a good experience. If you are not purchasing one of their overpriced firearms they don't have time for you . If you ask a question about a product if your lucky enough to get a response it is usually met with an arrogant know it all response . So sad , this place could be great with the right management

HTC has the best indoor range in the Metro area, though frankly there's not a lot of competition for that honor. It's clean, wet lit, and well-maintained, with a dozen lanes for pistols and a separate set of lanes for long guns. Everything works, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It's affordable, if not cheap, and is worth the time to visit.

I read the reviews of people being rude but I went several times and so did my husband and all times the staff was superb. They explained each weapon and differences between them. Showed me as a women to hold use each weapon and some techniques that would make it easier for me. They never tried to sell to us or put pressure on us. We explained we were just looking and they understood and still spent plenty of time on us even though they were busy and they knew we weren't going to purchase anything. We had good convos on weapons and we looked at least 10 diff pistols and 5 riffles. Great people. At the end of the day they make their money on you buying something so they could have ignored us and try to sell to others that were trying to purchase but they didn't.

Excellent selection, knowledgeable staff. Prices were good. Range wait can be an issue on busy days but if you go early it is quiet.

Great indoor range. Prices can be a little steep, but that is due to the fact that they are basically the only gig in town like this. Staff are always friendly. Their selection of ammo is decent.

Great place to shoot. If you're looking to purchase a firearm, but would like to test fire a model you're interested in, they generally have one available to test for a reasonable fee. Usually busy on weekends. They also sell accessories for popular weapons and have some tactical bags and holsters for sale.

I did a two hour session with Jim Brandt and it was amazing. I wasn't totally comfortable with my hand gun when I walked in but Jim made me feel much better. He is great. If your new to having a gun or you need the right knowledge go to him.
