I have been extremely satisfied with Magnolia so far. The office staff has been courteous and efficient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The trash is picked up from my door every evening between 6-8:00pm. I would recommend moving here to anyone.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Got infested with roaches and management Sent out some jank exterminator which did not take care of the problem and I ended up having to abandon the apartment because it got so bad. Don’t live here that’s all I’m saying

The location of this property is so convenient to midtown Atlanta, Sun Trust Stadium, malls, stores and eateries! The management staff is also amazing and very helpful. I have lived in this complex for over a year and I have not had any issues! The office is all about taking care of their residents and will often host events throughout the year to focus on community involvement. I would highly recommend this community!

Office staff..

I have received nothing but the best customer service experiences, working with the office staff at Magnolia Vinings Apartment Homes. They are very customer oriented and maintain professionalism at all cost. My recent experience with Madison and Ebony has been nothing but the best, I walked away with a better out come then I expected. I truly enjoy the community. I look forward to the next 12 months!

I have lived at Magnolia Vinings for just short of two years and have had a completely positive experience. The staff in the Leasing Office have been friendly and efficient, the grounds have been kept in pristine condition, and I have had no issues with my apartment. I had a couple of small maintenance requests and both were addressed in a very timely manner. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking an apartment in a very desirable area of the city. Look here first!

Magnolia Vinings is an unprofessional Apartment residency who exhibits favoritism and doesn't get rid of problems unless it's affecting them personally. They claim to care about their residents but their actions and morals prove otherwise. They never seem to get any work done especially when it comes to maintenance. The toilets and bathtubs always get clogged and there are always leaks around. They have insect problems and it seems the money is being used carelessly. The wood is very thin which means you can hear every sound from neighbors and when reported the office says they can't do anything about it unless many neighbors complain about a specific neighbor. The garbage men which we pay don't come on time and then we're fined when the trash is out. The office workers seem to never do anything about issues only one in particular who doesn't give me false hope and actually holds conversations with people because she genuinely cares. The outside may look very attractive but the things that go on behind closed doors is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to move here.

Magnolia Vinings has been great thus far. The staff is both kind and professional. They'll even chat with you, to see how your day has been! I moved here 6 months ago from NJ, and can honestly say whenever I had an issue (despite that there have been very few) I would go to the leasing office, speak with my leasing consultant Christina Ragan, and she would legitimately have everything resolved within a day. Thanks to Christina, and the rest of the staff at Magnolia Vinings, my transition was smooth, and my stay has been enjoyable. I highly recommend!!!

Magnolia is in a great location there's a little bit of everything within a 10 to 15 minute drive. (Cumberland mall, new braves stadium, any kind of food you can thank of, movie theaters, etc). The property is nice and spacious but parking is defiantly first come first serve if you want to park close to your building. The leasing staff (Christina and Madison) are very helpful and are super nice. The Maintenance team has done a good job on getting things fixed in a timely manner. Overall this is a great place to live as long as you don't mind Atlanta Traffic.
