The rooms are what they show in the picture the heater didn't work and tv didn't work. They said they were pet friendly then we showed up with our pets they said no pets allowed was going to charge us $30 for each pet will never stay here again

The room was clean and maintained. This is an inexpensive hotel, so don't expect the Hilton. It was comfortable and had all we needed for a couple day stay.

This is because Environment is dirty. There are no 24 hours reception. They close at 11pm. After 11pm outside is phone is located to call them. When I was taking bath some of water went out despite of the curtain showers was covered. Then few minutes later, the maintenance people knock door and I opened it. They told that the water went down somebody bathroom which was leaking around the lights. This means they have leakage problem. Also the balcony was little bit dirty and phone was not working at all. No break fast in the morning.

Had a awesome stay
The friendliest and kindest staff at our whole time in the states. The rooms are clean and big, the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it all the time. Seems like they done a kind of renovation because inside it looks way better as from the outside. The price value was pretty good too.

New ownership and they were doing a lot of updates. Soda, Snack and ice machines did not work. Sodas came out warm & selection on machine did not match the soda you got. I was never able to regulate the water temperature in the shower to at least warm. Every time I tried to adjust it, the pipes or something made a loud squealing sound and I had to have the dial all the way to hot to even get some kind of hot water and when it did, the water pressure would drop. The water kept changing from either being scolding hot or cold. So, I basically went with cold because I didn't want to burn my skin.
Moreover, my son went into the pool while I tried to relax poolside and after only about half hour a guy from the office came and told us we could not be at the pool. He said it was because the fence around the pool area was falling. They actually did have wood all around proping the fence up. There wasn't a sign anywhere indicating the pool was closed for repair, nor were we told at check-in. The guy, which I believe was one of the owners, did offer to give us passes to a different property 10 minutes away for an indoor heated pool. We said no thank you and went back to our rooms. We wanted to relax while we were there and not have to load up the car with anything nor having to drive 10 minutes to another property.
It was also supper noisy and there were a lot of people partying till 2 & 3 am, and it seamed like some people actually live there.
I am very disappointed, I don't recommend this place. Also, their rates are way to high. One would expect nicer conditions all around.response / report this review -

I don't have high expectations about hotels. I know what I did when I changed the search for Price low-high. I just wanted a cheap room to spend one night in and more along; somehow they couldn't get this right.
It all started out so hopeful. We had a friendly conversation with the front desk associate. Laughing and joking about where we were from and how he was finding America. It really made checking in a fun experience, if it ended there. He gives us a room key and we head down through skinny hallways to find room 111. Opening the room, we faced a relatively clean, if not outdated room. The only thing that stood out is that instead of a window, there was a large plywood board covering the hole in the wall, with cracks of the bright sunshine shining through.
Obviously a hole in the wall is unacceptable, but maybe they weren't aware of the hole, so we carry all our luggage back to the front desk to tell the associate that our room currently did not have a window. He politely apologized, and switched us to room 110. We go back down the narrow hallway with all our luggage, only to find the new room key he issued us doesn't work on the room to 110. Then we head back, with all our luggage, to explain that this key won't work.
At this point, he is very confused, but apologetic. No big deal. He brings the cards and his master copy and we all walk back down the hall to room 110. He can't get the door open with the key he gave us, but uses his key and opens the door. Low and behold a family, some in the process of getting dressed, are in there.
It took them four tries before we were placed in a room that wasn't occupied, in construction, or trashed with beer cans. We spent the first hour carrying our luggage up and down the stairs for each time, the returning to the desk to say that, "Hey, our room doesn't have a window, just a hole in the wall." "There's actually a family of three currently living in the room." "This room is actually covered in beer cans and trashed" before finding the right one.
Then, at eight in the morning the next day, bounty hunters came knocking on our door, pretending to be he police, demanding we open it. Apparently they were looking for someone named "Norman" and were told that this was the room he was us. The names of myself and my partner have no resemblance to the name "Norman." Since check out is at 11, we went back to sleep. Thirty minutes later the cleaning crew tries to come in our room. We get up from bed again explain to them that check out is at 11, and we will be in the room until 10:50. Naturally, the come back at 9:30 and try to enter again.
Spend the extra 10-20 bucks and stay at a different cheap hotel. You won't regret it.response / report this review -
