Awesome experience!! This DMV is really fast. I moved to Madison recently and needed to get a WI driver's license and plates. Michelle was very friendly, kind and efficient. I was out within 30 minutes.

Poor customer service at the information desk. Very unfriendly, absolutely no smiles, and doesn't explain anything you have concerns about, just gives you paperwork and a number and tells you to go wait.

Came in on a Saturday and it was crazy busy! Had to wait an hour just to get my ticket. It's best to just take a day off work and go on a weekday.

This is a review for thier hiring process. My cousin just had a phone interview with them and I must say that is the sadest process of an interview I have ever heard. The person is supposed to be a supervisor there, but all they do is read off a paper and ask you 2 questions and you have 10 min to answer them. In no way shap or form are you going to figure out what type of person they are from those 2 questions. No wonder the DMV is the way it is

Fastest and easiest DMV I've ever been to. The employees were extremely friendly and patient. They answered all my questions with out rushing me at all. I had to renew my license, registration, and plates and it only took about 30 minutes.

The fastest DMV I've ever been to. They have an incredible system. I had to renew my license and the place was so busy. I only had 30 minutes. I was in and out in less than 20!!! Unbelievable. I'm still in shock! I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.

Seriously the fastest DMV I have ever been to. They have a really good system to get everyone through quickly. Also, everyone is very friendly. My husband and I went around noon on a Thursday so we could both get WI drivers livenses, and were in and out within 30 minutes.
