Huge selection of clothes, shows and miscellaneous household offerings, all always on sale (if something is full price, just wait a week). Also really appreciate that this store has electric vehicle chargers with the charging fee waived.

I'm a big fan of Kohl's! Great selection, quality and reasonable prices. Construction at the mall currently adds to traffic congestion

Kohls is always super busy but if you are willing to take some time to shop and organize your coupons, you can certainly save money.

Kohl’s in general is a pretty great chain department-style store, but never buy anything full price. They have an above-average return policy and a lot of great products with frequent sales and coupons. The Madison West location has room for improvement, particularly with their employees.
-interactions with employees on the floor were average. Not engaging, not attentive, but okay.
-cashier at checkout was notably terrible.
—I asked for her help locating an advertised sale item & she became agitated.
—I offered to go wait through the formal customer service line.
—unhappily she said she’d help but she was unable to find the item or determine if it was sold out; she offered no next steps.
—Fortunately another employee (manager?) intervened and resolved everything seamlessly.response / report this review -

The store has many brand name iteams along with their own. They have a great kitchen display with everything you would need. I like the store because they are always having great sales.~*

Crowded and picked over, but to be expected at back to school time. Sorry waits and kid friendly shopping. Close to the mall and easy access.

Saw lots of clothes that I liked! Didn't have time to shop during my visit. Co-worker was looking for a cell phone charge cord but we didn't find one.

Very overpriced clothes if you don't come prepared with one of the many coupons they issue or shop during a sale. Very easy to go around the store and find what you want. Don't expect ordering on their website to have the same ease though.

Ample product selection with great sales. Coupons / discounts are honored with very minimal exclusions. Shop their website for even better availability and no hassle returns in store or by mail.

Very disappointed. I purchased bedding only to drive 40 miles home to find it had been VERY used (used sheets, dirty throw pillows, smelled horrible). Called and spoke to the manager, Amy who said that she would make it right, to ask for her when I brought it back. Took it to returns, manager was notified and sent a Stephanie to assist, who was also told by the manager to do whatever to make it right. She looked online and other stores and could not find the item available. I went back to look for another bed set, but couldn't find one I liked as much. When I approached the return counter and said I could not find a replacement the response from Stephanie was "Oh sorry!" Offered nothing else. I don't believe a customer should have to ask for compensation for time and anguish.

Typical Kohls. Decent department store. When the put things on clearance you can get a real good price.

Decent selection, and my personal favorite - lots of clearance racks. The lines can be long, especially during peak times or times of year.
Ok, like, really long. Like, think Disneyland. Yikes.
That being said, I still shop here because I love the coupons, clearance, and generous return policies.response / report this review
