Not sure if they had a change in ownership or management but it’s totally changed to worsen the food is very poorly done and service is horrible.
The food was cold.

The consistency in which they screw up and forget your orders is simply mind-blowing. I have literally NEVER had an order properly delivered to me. There's always something wrong. This time, they forgot about us. As in, we ordered food to go, was supposed to take 20 minutes we ended up waiting nearly 45 because they forgot about our order. If we hadn't gotten up to ask it would have just stayed sitting there in the back. It was only when we got home that we noticed they also forgot parts of our order. And the food is cold!!!!

Just picked up an order of soup and when a went to eat it super cold . are serious? On top of that i have no way to heat it . i go often and they always treat me really good but to serve you a cold soup . naaaa !

This restaurant deserves Less than 1 star! Just finished eating (07/29/2017) for the very last time. $70 bill for bad service, the food came out room temperature, the fish had not taste. No Mas, Today we say Good Riddance to this restaurant.

I have been eating at macitas for many years but my latest visit was terrible. Served me cold food and then microwaved it made it into sticky mess.very unprofessional could hear staff in kitchen talking bad about me. Food was tasteless . Will never go again . Asked for manager never came.
