Knockers Pizza in St. Germain is an interesting place right in the middle of the down town area and has a few hidden secrets. Such as.Did you know they have a recommended craft beer on a daily basis? They are also known for their cheese cakes for dessert. But you better order when you place your first order because they go quickly. Also, the owners pizza is a tried and true method of how they make their crust and sauce. They learned from some of the best Chicago pizza restaurants on how to do it and have added their own special touches. Another thing, is that unlike your typical restaurant bar service, they have two dining rooms away from the bar which make it quieter and more relaxing. Best of all they're good people serving great food! You can most anytime find someone from our club in there enjoying their great food.

Basically nothing available for a vegetarian or PescatarianI can't digest meat since 8yrs old, no fish options. The pizza crust is dry and overly bready. If you eat meat there are beautiful options. Also the desserts are amazing. It's a great place just doesn't fit my needs.

Food was great. The hostess was cranky about letting 13 of us sit together even though there was room to move tables together and the place was half full. We almost left before we were served but, we were hungry and the kids were looking forward to pizza. The server was great but, still not enough to redeem that 5th star.

Excellent gluten free pizza! A friend ordered and I picked up on my way to meet her. It was $14, and apparently they have a $20 minimum for credit cards. I somehow missed that information and didn't have cash but they were very forgiving and ran my card anyway. Highly suggest the pizza, just make sure to have cash if you get an order to go under $20.
