Chuck came and towed my Car from Cedar Point he was very nice and arrived quicker than the estimated time, they fixed my car with-in a day with great service, I will be recommending this shop to my friends and family

Was in town visiting. Came out if great wolf lodge to a flat tire. They were awesome, Came out almost immediately (was 15min earlier then was quoted). Guy was super friendly and polite. Got spare, change tire, as I was in and out of the hotel as i had 3 children with me.
Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I was just informed that Maag's Towing refused to give my nephew his personal belonging out of his wrecked car and made a big stink out of it. Why would a business who needs customers belittle them and threaten them to get them to pay the bill so they could get their belonging? When you have just been in a wreck you don't immediately address the towing! You first take care of your self and your loved ones. Maag's should be taught a lesson and I hope people in Sandusky Ohio will remind them that customers come first! Don't use Maag's! Shame on you guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! WARNING.We visited Cedar Point and our car wouldn't stop. Our auto club called Maags Automotive and they towed our car. They talked us into getting our car fixed at their garage. They looked it over and said it needed a main computer and they couldn't get the part until the next day. Because we had to get home to go to work we had to rent a car, drive home and then go back and get it. We picked it up after it closed and not 5 miles down the road the car started to sputter and our check engine light went back on.

They charged us $1046. They took advantage of out of town people with three young children on a 95 degree day who just needed someone honest to help us. Unfortunately we know now that this is not the garage to do that.

We complained to the Ohio Attorney General and the garage's response was total lies. They told their office that they told us the car would be done on Thursday. Unfortunately they lied. They gave us a choice of $880 to have the car done Monday or we could pay the $1045 if we wanted it on Friday. Buyer beware.
