Their staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and understanding! Flew into Cleveland (an hour drive) and they had a car waiting for me to drive us to their dealership and go over the car. Nate was an excellent resource and helped the transaction go smoothly. Scott Harris was a complete professional and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Gary made my wife and I feel like family during the purchase of our 2017 Malibu. He sold my dad and mom a 2009 Malibu eight years ago and my dad referred us to Gary during my car search. We were completely satisfied with our experience at Bill Harris and with Gary's professionalism. Additionally, we love our new Malibu! Thanks to Gary for helping us get our first ever new car. GM provided for my family during the 40 years my dad worked their. I am happy that I can give back to the company that took care of me during my childhood with this purchase. Thanks again to Gary and the Bill Harris Auto Center!

Everytime I come here for anything, weither I just have a question about my car or a part, or I'm getting service done. I'm made to feel welcome, almost like extended family. All of the staff I have ever dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. Today I need to get a tire repaired before traveling and when I called in they were able to get me an appointment for the repair. If not for this I would have had to reschedule my entire weekend plans! Thank You to all the staff!

My wife and I are thrilled about getting our new truck with these guys and the incredible deal it was. They listened to what our goals were, pointed us in the right direction and beat the other dealerships we were talking to by a wide margin! The atmosphere and team they have here are unbelievable. It is a breath of fresh air when working with these guys. My wife and I will be back the next time we need another vehicle!

We just had both of our vehicles detailed at Bill Harris Auto and we are so pleased! Butch does a wonderful job. He goes above and beyond what we ask him to do. We do not own fancy, new vehicles but he sure treats us like we do! Thanks Butch!

David Harris is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Very helpful young man. He listened to me and got me exactly what I wanted.

Completely blown away. Great, speedy service. Was in and out in no time with a truck that is perfect for my needs. Everyone explained everything very well and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. Paperwork was easy and efficient. Under 3 hours from walking in off the street to driving home in my new truck. Amazing. Thank you to Michael and everyone there. Would recommend to everyone and anyone.

Bought a Buick Lucerne from Bill Harris Chevrolet and it was a positive experience! Salesman John Myers went above and beyond for me and got me into a great car that worked perfectly within my budget!
