I ordered a Acura Mdx Wheel Rim from the salewoman Cassey on Friday the 11/17/2017, and she told me that the wheel rim will be ship out on the same day, when I call on Tuesday 11/21/17, she told me that the tire machine broken down, and would need to find out and call me back, after the Wednesday 11/22/17, I still haven't any phone calls back from her, again, I have to call her to find out what is going on, as today, she told me that the wheel rim is at her other yard, and she won't able to ship it, and just have to refund my money back to my account. what a great excuse from her. watch out this salewoman Cassey! such a lier!

I would rather walk then to buy another part at this Circus! It takes them 2 to 3 days to pull parts. You're not allowed to do it yourself. The parts 90% of the time get completely destroyed as they're getting pulled off. They never know what they have. They make you pay before they pull the park and then give you a hassle when you want a refund because parts or damaged or they don't have them . The place is ran by clowns who don't know what they are doing.

Variety of GOOD used parts that are reasonably priced, they deliver if your a business, you can find their parts online & after you order the part, they take the part off & will have it ready & waiting for you by the time you get there.

Website shows they have a part, they don't. Says he has another car, couldn't find it where he said it was. Place is a joke all the way around. Maybe it'll burn down again. Wouldn't be a loss.

Lied about getting a shock and coil spring together and then charged full price for the spring and wouldn't give me the shock at all. Parts had chunks missing from wreck. Very poor service and the man at desk is a compensating douche bag.

The salewoman Paula would not accept a transmission computer because of their bullshit no return policy. First time I've ever heard that a junkyard has a no return policy. The part does not work and they are saying the verified the part which is a complete lie. They lost business from a dealership over $50. Horrible Customer Service!

Bob was a great help at helping me figure out the parts I needed. The hood I needed was not yet put into inventory but Stretch looked until he found it. I interacted with several employees and everyone was helpful and friendly. They have what seems like miles of cars.
