  Carl was not the first agent I called but when I called and left a message with my name he called me back within 10 minutes and had more information about our home than I expected which mean he's the type of person does his homework before he returns the call, I was very impressed with his knowledge. Carl was very professional and willing to help in the whole process of selling our home. He was always very responsive and patient with all the questions. We would highly recommend Carl for buying or selling your home as well. Just a quick shout out for his amazing assistant Karen who was amazing and knowledgeable. Best service I could have asked for!!!
