  I would recommend Swicegood to anyone that needs to auction property. I am a family member of the deceased and had some special requests that were met and carried out eagerly, and with caring, compassion, understanding, respect, and excellence. They also responded to those requests very promptly. I worked with Becky and Ron and found them both to be the most wonderful people. Thank you for helping my family and I so much!

  We worked with Ashton both buying and selling in North Carolina. She is by far THE BEST realtor we have used and we've moved A LOT. When we purchased a home with Ashton she always sent us homes that fit what we were looking for and listened to all of our requests we wanted in a house. She made sure to be on top of everything and get things done quickly in order for us to close on our house on time. It made buying such a breeze. Now when we sold oh man was that a process due to the market slowing down with increasing interest rates. But Ashton made sure to constantly do all she could to help us get our house sold. She went above and beyond what a realtor typically does. Between posting our house on all platforms to advertise and reaching out to the agents of interested buyers she was very persistent to help us. Even with the hiccups that were out of her control she still was on top of everything to get all of the chaos resolved. If you are looking for a realtor that is going to help you find the perfect home or get your house sold and who truly cares to help you then you need to call this girl up! The whole firm is absolutely amazing to deal with and they all go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend Ashton at Swicegood Group Inc!

  I was so very pleased with the total auction experience. I did not want to have one, but after the experience, I was thankful I did.
  Everyone who helped from the initial setup to the pickup were professional and the entire process went very smoothly. Becky, Justin, Cindy, and the entire crew were excellent at their jobs and were great to work with. I highly recommend them for any auction need you have.

  Kyle and his team did a fantastic job at our 10th Annual Hometown Hoedown Fundraiser. From our meeting before the event until the last auction item was called, and everything in between, their energy and attention to detail was amazing. We used a new mobile platform for our silent auction and fund-a-need and Kyle and his team made sure to make that experience just as engaging as the traditional ways we had done in the past for the guests. The Swicegood Group wants to help and will do everything they can to ensure the best success possible.

  I stumbled upon a Swicegood Auction estate sale a couple of weeks ago, purely by accident. This was my first online estate auction and it was very good. The Swicegood app let me monitor items I was bidding on, set max prices and quickly respond to being outbid.
  
  Everything about the auction was well explained and happened exactly as expected. Once bidding was completed, invoices were generated quickly and they even had a scheduler for item pickup which is great to prevent chaos on pickup.
  
  Pickup and checkout were very well done on a large estate auction. They had a team member assigned to each of us to help find, load, and confirm receipt of our auction items. All in all a great experience. If you find an auction from Swicegood, try them out, they are really, really good.
