My wife and I love Italian food. We have frequented many places. 3 years ago we moved to Colorado where Olive Garden rules the top of the Italian Restaurants critiques list. For 3 years we have missed Luigi's. Today I was pleasantly surprised to revisit and find nothing has changed. We are in the process of moving back and can't wait to come back to Luigi's!
My girlfriend and I waited 20 minuets before we left. We didn’t get any service what’s so ever. They didn’t even get our drink order. The waitresses walked by us multiple time.
Love this place waitress was very friendly and very fast and reponsive. The food was excellent too. Will be going back for sure.
The atmosphere is great, quaint, dark, great for a romantic dinner, but suddenly one of the waitresses is so LOUD! Not trying to be mean, she's very nice, but needs to take the volume down more than a few notches. The food is mediocre. I'm 100% Sicilian, so it's not like I don't know authentic Italian cuisine. 3 stars mostly for atmosphere and a star for okay cuisine.
My wife and I came for lunch here for the first time and we enjoyed it. It has a family feel and the food was really good. The menu was simple yet tasteful, maintaining a variety of interesting dishes alongside classic favorites. I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes. I didn't get a chance to look at a proper wine menu but it could be that they don't have a wide selection.
Outstanding service and the best food. Favorite place to go on a date to. I have never been disappointed on anything I order there.
My favorite Italian restaurant ever! The food is always so good and the bread is amazing and the staff is always on point!
Food was bland. Too much oil in my spaghetti and overall lacking in.sauce.other than the oil. Breads were phenomenal a.d wait staff did a good job.
I must admit that my first experience after they first opened had prevented me from returning But thanks to a friend I visited today, glad I did! Food was excellent, good atmosphere, great service. A must visit if your in the Ottawa area.
Great service and atmosphere. Food was awesome. My friend from the city says it's equal or better than the choices available up there. I can't vouch for that personally, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's right.
Here in Kansas on business with my boss and decided to get a bite to eat. And I have to say it was worth the drive from Oklahoma. And I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. The staff is very polite. And the meal was awesome.
Cute cozy Italian restaurant. The fresh baked bread served with olive oil herbs was very delicious. I got the side salad with house dressing and it was good. I ordered the manicotti and I found it to be dry and needed more marinara sauce, it was a bit Bland and needed Salt. The lemon dessert was good. I found the overall dining experience to be average to good. The servers were attentive and professional.
Loved it! Linguine and clams with white sauce was perfectionas was the service and personal attention.
This was my first time eating here as I am from out of town. AMAZING! Best alfredo sauce I've ever eaten! Good Bread with wonderful homemade dipping oil. We live 25 minutes away. We will be back!
Without doubt the best Italian I've ever had by far. I've been here many times and everything I've ever ordered has awesome.
Delicious food great service couldn't find a better place to eat for my girl's birthday
Amazing food- and I've been to Italy. Absolutely love everything I've ever had. So exciting that Ottawa has Italian that actually rivals the common chains. Service is always fantastic- very friendly attentive waiters!
