Would given it a 5 star, however, sitting at the bar we had an up close view of the lady making flat breads and pizza. She used the same gloves to clean and handle all dough, meat, and vegetables. She then used the same cleaning cloth to wipe off a knife. Sorry, but this is a major no no!

We found Luciano's for our anniversary! The tomato basil linguine is amazing!! We both loved our meal and had a delicious tiramisu for dessert! We highly recommend it for a romantic dinner!

Service was very slow and we had long periods of waiting time. For the price I was paying, I expected the food to be better prepared and taste much better. But a nice atmosphere. Perfect example of a charging people a lot of money for a status quo meal and dining experience.

Terrible customer service. It was lunch time and I decided to go to Luciano's. I sat at the bar since its way faster and I had limited time to eat. The "waitress/bartender" did not acknowledge my presence from the moment I sat down. She had time to speak to the gentleman right next to me asking him how his food was, and when he didn't answer back because he was so distracted with his phone, she took the time to ask him again about the food. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for her to acknowledge I'm there and at least let me know that shell be with me in a min. I never got any of that. She sent one of the busboys to help me, a Hispanic guy, and taking into consideration I am Hispanic as well, I took that as an offence. However, I let it go, I placed my order and once my food got there, she not once approached me and asked if everything was OK or if I needed a refill or even to ask how my food was. She did take the time to go to the other tables and ask everybody else if they needed anything else. When you see that kind of behavior it is extremely hard not to take it personally. Her name is Samantha and she sucks as a waitress, hopefully she is not the same as a person.
I did speak to the manager who was a gentleman and listened to what I had to say. I really appreciated that. He was kind enough to give me a voucher to have another meal at Luciano's, and while I was definitely not looking for it, I think that's a very nice gesture which shows they care about how their customers feel. I will not go back there. My voucher will probably sit at my nightstand for a while and maybe when that little girl is gone, I'll try to give it another try.response / report this review -

Amazing restaurant. One of the best restaurants as far as customer service, attention to detail, perfect steaks, amazing cocktails, great for large groups, delicious desserts, salmon was perfect, chocolate cake was to die for (though possibly a little yoo sweet because of the chocolate syrupe). All in all I would highly recommend it🤗

Don't let the strip mall location fool you, this is pretty good Italian food in good size portions. Service was excellent. Ambiance was a bit loud but could carry on a conversation. Prices were a bit steep but in line with expectations.

Ordered chicken parmesan with fettuccine Alfredo. Chicken tasted old and pasta didn't taste right so I returned it. The bread and salad were good. I have been here before, and not sure why the ambiance changed. Music was too loud although they had a good singer. Clients weren't of the same demographic as before which typically use to be corporate type groups, it seemed more like a loud club rather than a traditional Italian restaurant. Maybe it was just a Friday night thing. Won't be going back.

Went here for a friend's birthday dinner with a party of 10. Out of those one person had a $39 ribeye (medium rare) that came as a piece of carbon (sent back), another person got the $33 scallops and pasta which the pasta was full of oil and dry at the same time (sent back), and another person received something that they said was tuna but resembled baby vomit (sent back). The rest of the table agreed that non of the food was remarkable, especially for the price. The service was great though.

Came here to celebrate Valentine's day with my husband. we both enjoyed our different glasses of wine. the food was delicious and the service was excellent! The atmosphere was nice and qauint. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

3rd visit, usually for business, this was first with wife. Always awesome customer service, Sue was our server and did a great job attending us!!! Food also above par and never disappointing. Even the fresh bread and olive oil marinara tingles the taste buds. Went on out 14 year anniversary and had a great time! Live acoustic guitar, Chris, had us entertained with retro hits, including a dedication of a Crowded House classic to us. Nice touch!
