I got the Pepperoni Roll here. I must say that I was impressed with it. I have gotten it before other places and it was all pepperoni and no cheese and that wasn't the case here. It was the perfect mix of cheese and pepperoni. I would for sure go back here. Keep in mind this is a New York Style pizza place where they have the pizza sitting around and reheat it for you. So if you want fresh pizza ask them to cook you your own pie.

Microwaved Food! Got the Fettuccini Alfredo, the guy plopped some in a bowl and threw it in the microwaved for several minutes. If I wanted microwaved food I would have stayed at the hotel and got a frozen meal from the H-E-B. Alfredo sauce was seperated, the noodles were mush and the roll was old and stale!

Very large and spacious restaurant with plenty of seating and you don't feel cramped. We arrived around 6:40 without a reservation and was seated promptly. Our waiter was few seconds behind and took our drink orders.
We promptly received our drinks along with complimentary bread. I had dinner salad with house dressing (very good, zesty & crisp) with lasagna which was tasty, robust and had the right amount of marinara sauce. Wife had Penne Rustiche but substituted the penne for angel hair pasta. She absolutely loved this.
Very affordable and priced accordingly. Would highly recommend stopping here if craving some Italian food.response / report this review -

If you like Italian food this place is out of this world. Just because of its location I think.The best time to go here's right around Christmas time. There is a band from the Andes that plays there close to Rivercenter Mall. Of course any time of the year is good time to go.

pretty disappointed in the quality of food and drinks for the price we paid. The don't mess with Texas tea was good, but not much alcohol and the meat in the lasagna was pretty chewy. We spent about 80 bucks with our meals and a drink each and I wasn't impressed.

Absolutely amazing. I find myself again in San Antonio and decided to try Luciano. It was an excellent choice, the food was amazing, service exceptional and the food came out very quickly, the flavors were authentic and bread was delicious. Our waitress name was ANDREA, she was just wonderful and very attentive, so if you find yourself in San Antonio come by and ask for her, you won't regret it'!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have no idea how this restaurant has 4stars. I guess anybody can have a big rating just as long as your next to the riverwalk. My husband was so mad and disappointed as well. He got a 14$ personal Pizza with hardly any ingredients. The sauce and cheese didn't cover the bread of each slice and the shrimp was one per slice. I order a ravioli pasta for my child and a lobster ravioli for my self. Honestly all the food was disappointing. Its can bought quality. The only thing good was the crab appetizer. So we spend 66$ plus tip for something I could of bought at a grocery store and a frozen pizza is better than what they serve here. Its so sad this place is not even that luxurious either. I been to better places. I don't mind paying for good service quality and luxury but this place doesn't have any of that. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you want Pizza go to the food court or Pizza Hut if you want pasta go to olive garden. From paying food at this location and microwave food I vote microwave.

Had some great food here! The lasagna had a lot of salt in it but I'm not saying that's a bad thing. Classic olive oil and herb dip for their warm (and plentiful) bread. I would go back often if I lived in San Antonio.

The food was great first off. Some of the best Italian I've had. With that being said tho the service was a little slow for being a Tuesday night. Seemed like our server had sections all over the restaurant. The big problem we had was the bugs. Fruit flies kept swarming our drinks and bread. At one point my wife got a fresh drink from the waiter and a dead fruit fly was in the straw. Like I said good food just bad bugs.

Seven of us enjoyed a wonderful evening at the restaurant recently. We would all highly recommend dining at Luciano Ristorante Italiano. Our waiter was fantastic! The food was delicious! We were there to celebrate the birthday of our 96 year old uncle. Our waiter and the manager went above and beyond our expectations to make our celebration such a fabulous experience!
