A Fort Worth staple. Excellent fall off the bone ribs. The sliced beef sandwich is also great. Make sure to try the very tasty potato salad.

Ten years ago Angelo's was the first place that I really enjoyed BBQ. Since then I have explored BBQ all over the country: Kansas City, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Georgia. So when I rediscovered Angelo's today I was prepared to be disappointed, but it was great. the brisket was juicy and Smokey, and their sauce was not too sugary. Recently I ate brisket at the famous Jack Stack's in Kansas City, and I left thinking that brisket was just not as good as ribs, but today Angelo's put brisket back in contention. Great work. Delicious food. Can't wait to go back tomorrow.

What can I say about this place? I'm 60, and I've been coming to Angelo's since I was 5 or 6. Yes, some things have changed. They expanded the dining room. They added flat-screen TVs and macaroni and cheese. They outlawed smoking. But, the important things have always remained the same: the ribs (sublime), the brisket, the ice-cold beer in frosty mugs, the ambience. Angelo's is the real deal, folks. One thing is certain: You had better get there early or they will run out of ribs. They even have a lighted sign that says, "Sorry, out of ribs." And this was around 7 p.m. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Was volunteering at the Tarrant Area food bank right up the road and I didn't want to go far to eat. I am happy that it is walking distance. First time being here and the pulled pork tacos are on point. Friendly welcome from staff, very engaging. I love the comfortable vibe here, it makes me feel like I've been coming here for years. I will definitely be coming back again. Ever wonder why people say never judge a book by it's cover? Apply that to this place!

Good, smoky beef and decent spicy sausage, but not the best BBQ I have had by a long shot. My side of green beans was also somewhat lackluster. On the plus side, the people are friendly and the price and atmosphere just right for a casual BBQ spot.

It's just the best Been around forever and always has the same quality. Make sure to order a dark large beer to go with it.

Excellent beef and ribs. The wait staff was super friendly. I just happened to find this place and I am happy I did. Wish I didn't live 1000 miles away.

This place was recommended by co workers as one of the best in Fort Worth. The chicken was excellent. Full of flavor and moist. Staff was great too. My ribs were fall of the bone but being a yankee I am not used to how they are dry roasted/smokes. Also the BBQ sauce was more South Carolina style ( not as thick and more vinegar then St. Louis). Others posted that they have a large beer collection. I would not agree. Over all a good place to check out for authentic Texas BBQ.

This food was great, but my waitress was better, and if you're reading this I sure do miss you. Ask to try their jalapeños! Full of flavor, but watch out for that heat

Good ole No Frills. BBQ Huge place. Easy menu. A bit expensive. Be ready for a line And have your second stomach ready. Pork ribs and Brisket!

The ribs were not seasoned (not even a little) and I didn't get BBQ sauce but after reading the reviews, I didn't miss anything. The baked beans weren't good TO ME, either. FYI I'm from KANSAS CITY (#1 BBQ according to TIMES) so I love BBQ, I grew up on it but this wasn't it for me.

This is excellent Texas barbecue. The ribs were perfectly tender, moist and well seasoned. The jalapeño sausage is a heavenly lean/fat ratio with just right kick. The smoked chicken was delicious. Even the sides were top notch! And super friendly, helpful folks behind the counter. I will return.
