Went to this nail salon to get lash extension. I was expecting to lay down and about 30 mins. She had it done for less than 10 mins. After doing my lashes, I went home. Glad my house was only 1 minute away. My lashes came off and didnot last like 20minutes. They apologized. Refill my lashes. The same thing happened. This place is a scam!

Lady in front is ok but pricing was not explained upfront in my opinion.. Pink and white gel looks ok but def not very professional.. super Weird massage for pedicure

i got the lash extension and they lasted for a few hours before falling off10/10 would not recommend getting them done here . the back room is disgustingly dirty and unsanitary there was hair on the tweezers that she used to put my lashes on. ew just ew

I have visited love nails for over three years now. I have constantly went to Love Nails for the convienence of their shop being so close to home. Almost every time I arrived with an appointment, I waited more than 30 minutes at a time to sit down with someone to do my nails. I was always patient and always treated one another with the upmost respect. When I would state that I had an appointment at (for example 2 o'clock) I wouldn't be seated until 2:45. Their customer service is quite horrible as well. I would tell them I had an appointment at 2, and they would state that someone will be with me shortly with an attitude and tone of voice that was definitely not respectful. I will definitely not be recommending this shop.

I have been there twice In the past 3 weeks first I got gel nails which starting falling off in less then a week they literally lifted from the sides and fell right off I went back & they made me wait an hour the lady that took me was rude & messed my nails up some were wider then the others and I brought it to her attention she got upset and I am more then sure the entire staff started talking about me because they would all just look at me & I just got this set of gel nails like 5 days ago and on 2 of them the gel is peeling off 3 popped off she also did my eyebrows & messed them up I would definitely not recommend to anybody don't waist your time nor your money it is not worth it !!

Went for a gel mani. They did it wromg the first time. It peeled that same day. I went in a few days later to get it fixed and the staff were very rude and disrespectful. I waited for twenty minutes to be assisted and then she rushed through the process. She hurt he when GRINDING THE POLISH OFF. she didnt even bother to take most of it off. Like she left all of the old color and just took off the top coat. She then rushed to appy the new coats. She left bubbles and un even strokes. The top coat has brush strokes! It isnt smooth or shiny at all! She scraped my actual nails! Horrible service, horrible results, horrible customer service. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

The person ripped my toe nail completely and I got a pedicure and they didn't even get my toes filed. Bad experience and won't ever go back

Have been going here for a long time. I go to Mi (pronounced My). I have French Nexgen nails and she is amazing. Excellent shaping! People even in the service industry have bad days but I haven't experienced that here as long as I communicate what I want, they are happy to accommodate!
