Came in put 2 names on the list, my daughter and I both. Waited the amount of time I was told, my daughter was taken back. A few mins later people came in. and as the next girl was cleaning up a spot the guest walked to her talking in their language then took then first. So now I am told I have to wait until my 6 year old is finished and she can wait for me? Yeah right like that's going to happen. work on customer service. Rude. No apologies. Daughters hair NOT AT ALLLLL HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCHES SHORTER, DIFFERENT STYLE, dif stylist fixed it.
Tried it again, bad hair cut same issues as first time with others never again.response / report this review -

Never again. Went to get my son's haircut tonight. We arrived and signed in. They appeared shorthanded as their was 1 stylist and no receptionist. Whatever I sat down with the other parents and waited. After almost an hour another lady showed up with her kid. Instead of signing in and waiting they went directly back. Lady obviously knew the stylist as they were chatting while she was finishing with the child ahead of mine. Stylist decided to make me wait and while she did her friends hair. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. Needless to say we left without a haricut.

Fast and friendly service. Kids enjoy coming in and watching their favorite shows or movies while receiving awesome haircuts. Service is great and employees are very fun and interactive with the kids.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. It was truly awful. The haircut my son received was terrible, customer service terrible, they barely speak English. Mariella was the stylist and she gave my son the worst haircut I have ever seen. It was uneven to say the least and she was very aggressive with my son. I certainly will never ever be back. I would never recommend taking your children hereit may look fun for the kids but it's actually a nightmare.

If you are looking for a great hairstylist for your kids, you need to go see Sharon! She is the best! Sharon has been cutting my son's hair for the past 2 years and she never disappoints. My son adores her and does not let any other stylist cut his hair. She is always so sweet and loving with son but most importantly, always gives him a great cut. I highly recommend her!! (And I am extremely picky) Just make sure to call before you go since she's not there every day.

What a horrible horrible experience!! If I could give it zero stars I would! Can't believe this place even has 2.5 stars on here!! We brought my 2 year old here to get her bangs trimmed - she had never had a hair cut before, never had scissors near her hair so this was obviously nerve wracking for her! The lady acted like she had never dealt with a scared child before! Didn't try to make my daughter feel better, she was just very "down to business" and it's not like she was busy we were the only ones in there! And I can see why! Anyways, as soon as the lady made the first snip my daughter said ow mommy boo boo! So of course I told her no baby you're ok it's just a hair cut well toward the end of her hair cut I noticed a little cut on her forehead! That lady cut my daughter with the scissors and didn't even bother to say anything just continued to torture my daughter while she was screaming and crying! Didn't talk to her, nothing! I will NEVER BE BACK! Nowadays this is the type of thing people will file a law suit over but luckily all I'm doing is leaving a horrible review so no one else makes the same mistake we did! And not to mention her bangs are way too short, only go like halfway down her forehead! However that is the least of my concerns!
