The grounds are beautiful but photos are not allowed. Only a tiny percent of Lab grounds are open to the public. To learn about the Lab, visit the Bradbury museum, which is part of the Lab but open to the public.
Lots to do around here. Shop at Central Park Square, play tennis at Urban Park, swim at the aquatic center, browse the art at the Karen Wray gallery, taste wines at Unquarked, hike on one of the many trails, take in the stunning views at Overlook Park, or eat at one of our great restaurants.

Very good museum in town and not far from valles calderas.(or Valle grande) as it was called many years ago, and also 20minuets away puye cliffs with bus's running from White Rock.

What happens here changes the WORLD. Many here are saying there is nothing to do. I would disagree. There are a couple of museums and walking tours downtown. There will be more as the national park is built out. The hiking available in White Rock and Los Alamos is very good. Yes, Eating options are somewhat limited but everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also the drive up is spectacular.

A good place to work. I don't think there is anything you can do as a tourist here.

An incredible, historical place. The current work is slow and bureaucratic, though it remains important to national security
