Nice room, small bathroom and the lay out is a little weird. Beds were nice, breakfast was good. Clean too.
Over the last several years I've found myself staying at this property quite often, alone and also with family. I've never been disappointed, I always feel at home, and always it seems like a good value.
This hotel is located easy on and easy off of I-25, yet far enough away to be quiet and secure. The Rio Grande Diner is just across the quiet street and within walking distance.
The hotel is nicely maintained, very clean and quite comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful if there is a concern. Lovely large meeting space for private events and group parties is available also.
There is an outdoor spa,a large lobby living area with comfortable seating, and a business area.
My room was all that I needed and very comfortable. I usually always feel at home there.
Plenty of secure, free, well-lighted, outdoor parking with room for over-sized vehicles. Interior corridors with an elevator.
Since the hotel fills up, it is always good to make reservations. And especially during the first 10 days of October every year when the Albuquerque Balloon Festival is going on, reservations are a must. This property also hosts some of the railroaders who overnight there during their runs.
Since this is a Holiday Inn Express Hotel, there is always the free hot breakfast. This is always lovely and over time I have found this to be a time and money saver, as the cost is still usually less than staying elsewhere and then having to find breakfast another place.
Since I sometimes travel alone, security both for myself, in my room, and for my vehicle is very important to me. Close to the Interstate sometimes means security trouble, but I've never known this to be a problem here.
Except for verified service animals, there is a no pet policy here.
Convenient location. Clean rooms. Breakfast is very good. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating is the bathroom. I'm older with bad knees and the toilet is so low that I can hardly stand from it. The grab bar in the shower is virtually worthless as it is so low. Finally, the door to the toilet/shower can't be opened or closed if someone is at the sink.
Rooms good. Staff is good. Breakfast is good. Internet is poor. Can't stream YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or Hulu without constant buffering. For the standard of Holiday Inn and the price everything have to be impeccable service or it's just substandard.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The lobby and rooms were clean and spacious
Very good service staff is nice rooms are clean and comfortable.
Clean, quiet, beautiful building. Supportive, understanding staff. Nice place for a large family.
Beautiful hotel. It is clean and quiet for the room I stayed in. The rooms are nig and the air conditioning is quite and cools the rooms down. The staff was helpful when your not sure where to eat in town. Oh and the fresh baked chocolate cookie was delish. All in all it was a great holiday inn to stay at.
This is an outstanding hotel. It was quiet, clean, and we got a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were very good. We recommend this hotel if you are passing through the area. This place is conveniently located off I-25, and it's a much more peaceful than anything in Albuquerque. We have stayed here several times, and it is consistently excellent.
It was a holiday in express with great breakfasts and friendly staff. Stay was loverly.
Wonderful place to stay. Very clean along with amazing customer service. Also has a pool!
Clean, modern rooms. Great breakfast. The only downfall is no place convenient to charge phone in room.
Beautiful rooms and (amazingly) clean bathrooms! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.
