Jun is amazing! His customer service is excellent.
I had a horrible experience Budget Moving Truck Rental on Oxnard. At the last minute, they didn't have a truck for me. ..even though I reserved. The Budget Rental employee wouldn't help. wasn't the least bit apologetic. He simply said maybe he would have a trick for me on Sunday. Uhit was Wednesday.
Jun to the rescue! After hearing what happened, he even stayed a few minutes after closing to help me. He is bright, friendly, and very helpful.
The truck was clean and in great condition. If you're moving, rent here!
