I contacted Andy to give me a quote on wall removal in my garage. He was quick to respond with an accurate estimate. Dave, Andy and their crew were great to work with. They provided daily updates, and finished the project on a timely basis. The work they performed was quality and they kept the jobsite/work area very clean and organized throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a contactor to remove a load bearing wall. They are very professional and their process/operation works like clockwork. Frustrated with contractors who said they could remove a fireplace and brick wall in our kitchen but would not give us firm numbers, I contacted Andy at Load Bearing Wall Company. He was on site two days later and we had a written quote while he was there. Having just completed the project I would happily recommend Load Bearing Wall Company — efficient, professional, personable, and they do quality work at a reasonable price.

We needed them to even out a dipping dining room floor at our St. Paul home - not only did they successfully complete this complex job, but they did it with transparency and good humor. This company made our dream come true. Andy was great to work with. Dave and crew we’re understanding of our needs and finished the job in a timely manner. Had a few minor repairs afterwards but Dave came back to make it right. Price was within our budget. I would recommend this company.
