Love living in there community. Not experienced or knowledgeable of their other buildings but mine is small. We all know each other and it's kept up very well. Snow removal on the sidewalks has gotten considerably better and it's relatively quiet.
I enjoyed my time working with this company. There is passionate leadership here that truly believes in their mission to help people and change lives. There is a genuine sense of wanting their staff and the people they serve to be the best version of themselves.
Had an amazing time working at this company. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a very relaxed and easy environment to learn and grow in. The daily tasks weren’t difficult to understand and perform either so it was also a very stress free work day each and every day.
One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They didn’t even train me before putting me on the schedule with vulnerable adults. Furthermore a manager was caught drinking with a client, and only suspended for a very brief time before they took her on a trip to Las Vegas. Quite the expensive reward when they refuse to pay employees a liveable wage and the housing residents live in is disgusting. They exploit these vulnerable people for profit. Disgusting.
As someone who was employed with everyday living, I can vouch that this is hands down one of the best employers.
All of your management is approachable, friendly, and honest with you. If you have an issue, they stress to come to them and they help you as well as succeed as an employee. The hours can be flexible and they're very understanding that outside of work, you have a life too which is important. As all of these traits is part of management, it helps improve employee performance. The clients needs are met when employees needs are met. I recommend this company for future clients and anybody who is interested in applying.
