I am on my 3rd ice castle and have enjoyed each one, camping and fishing a true year round family enjoyed purchase. We did not ever have any issues with the 1st 2 but the current one had a few issues that came up and that Ice Castle and Outlet Recreation in Clearwater resolved for me and I couldn't be happier, they both stand behind their product and they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you both and we will be in touch when our needs change and want to update again.

We live in Missouri and love to go Ice Fishing, There is not enough good ice in our state so we travel to MN to fish. We decided to purchase a new Ice Castle Fish House from a dealer in January this year. Immediately we took it to Faribault to enjoy a weekend of Ice fishing. We planned one more extended trip at a lake in Waconia and realized we had a few issues. We contacted Jaime at American Surplus and was very helpful and since we had so far to travel, he made the offer for us to go to the factory on Monday and his crew would fix our issues. They made everything work as it should and when they were all done we noticed they even dumped our trash!!!! We will definitely recommend them and will continue to do business with Ice Castle.

Absolutely amazing experience working with Chad and Jamie.They both where on top of follow up,quote and making sure the job got done and I mean done correctly.Insurance didn't cover our electrical situation and they made sure my family will be safe and the job was done thoroughly. Giving my family a peace of mind and a safe castle when leaving this establishment. Thank you guys so much!!

Love ice castle its a great place to work and the ice houses are awesome i enjoyed building them and would love to work there again if i was to move back to Montevideo Minnesota. Also i would really like to own my own ice castle house one day hopefully soon to fish out of with my friends and family!

Pat from service has been very helpful and can't thank him enough. Had a few minor issues with my new Ice Castle and Pat took the time to diagnose the issue and even sent me new parts to fix it. Got to thank Mike the repair guy as well. Great customer service!!!
