  The girl was rude at the drive Thur and was very slow had to wait 20 mins for hot and ready pizza. Well it wasn't hot. And it wasn't ready. Over all I hated going there

  This place has by far the worst customer service compared to any place I've been before. Not to mention 99% of the times I have given them opportunities, the food taste as if it has set under a heat lamp for hours upon hours at a time. Never have I went back to complain until recently. My finance and I went through the drive thru to get some crazy bread. Once we pulled out of the parking lot, I went to taste one and it tasted like plain dough that had been setting out for hours. Nothing was on any of them. We went back through the drive thru to come to a resolution of getting some fresh ones, the lady at the drive thru handed us a cup of their butter. Like that is going to fix things.. I proceeded to ask for some fresh breadsticks and explained that there was literally nothing on the first ones that we had gotten and they were just old. She then, got an attitude, went to the back to get us some more, basically threw them out the window to us and walked off. When we got back home with them, they were literally standing in their garlic butter. Basically it was as if she went and opened one and just dumped the butter down in the bag. I had no intentions on aggravating or being rude in any matter but unfortunately I was returned rude and unprofessional manners. I work with the public face to face every single day, it's my job. Anyone that has the audacity to be that rude to people, shouldn't be given any opportunity to work for the public. Clearly, this place needs some serious upgrades in management and training in customer service. I will guarantee that I will not be back and anyone who were to ask me about this place, I will be happy to voice my opinion and experience to them. If I were to want to go to Little Caesars again, I will drive up to Bluefield just to have better quality all around.

  For the most part we enjoy our purchases. There have been a few times our pizza was not hot but over all a great experience.

  The Wytheville Store is always clean, efficient, and their staff is very nice. I also enjoy that is location has a drive through!

  Haven't eaten there but twice in a year if that gives you any kind of idea of what disappointment this place has given me over the years. I used to LOVE getting an ICB COMBO at least once a week. Now The food is OK, as good as I can expect from a budget pizza place, but the people are lousy They never seem upbeat or enthusiastic about HAVING A JOB They have more of a "what do you want? I don't wanna be here. Here's your food, now go away" attitude than anything. Granted, yes it's a bunch of high school kids and they probably don't realize the impact their attitudes have on the business But the last time (about middle of December 2016) I go thru the drive-thru and this girl, bless her heart, may have been 16 and I wanted to backhand her by the time I got my food She might hate her job, but with an attitude like that I wouldn't have hired her to shovel horse turds. So it might be the best she can do with her liberal, nose-ring, tattooed, freight-train smoking, purple haired self But that's just my opinion
