I grew up eating my Japanese grandma’s food and what I look for in sushi restaurants is fresh fish and authentic dishes. You’ll find both at Sushi Huku, but be prepared to pay for the food quality you’re getting. Definitely recommend.

Waitresses are nice, sweet, attentive! But the sushi chefs, not so much. I usually sit at the bar for sushi and being the only couple there last night at the bar, can't quite describe why but just felt uncomfortable throughout the entire meal. I was ready to leave. It's the 2nd time in a row I felt that. Food is okay, some hit and miss, but that's not the main reason why I won't be back.

Always excellent!! This has become the sushi restaurant that I measure all other sushi establishments against. The service is excellent and the food is simply excellent!

This is our absolute favorite place to get sushi in Atlanta. I love the wait staff here, and the environment. It feels very authentic Japanese and the fish tastes so fresh. Their signature rolls are amazing. I haven't had any food here that I didn't like! Highly recommend.

Fresh Kirin! I can't tell you how difficult it is getting a fresh Kirin Ichiban at most sushi restaurants. They have it. Their sushi is also excellent! The food is pricier than some other sushi restaurants but we'll worth it.

I've tried dozens of sushi places in and around Atlanta. This is far and away the best, i typically get rolls at other places because of fish quality or sub par preparation but here I'm angry that i wasted that beautiful fish on the rolls. Sashimi and nigiri is the name of the game if you want real sushi and it doesn't disappoint. Melt in your mouth, oh my it is something else

So I must say my very first impression of this place was just-Wow. Food was great. The hot green tea was delicious and served in traditional-like cups. Service was great. One of the most fresh Sushi I've had in this area.

There was a little mixup with my bill since my waitress was new. They were so apologetic and fixed it immediately. I was impressed overall and will be returning.

Good spot for sushi, especially for lunch. If you've got a little extra cash, sit at the sushi bar and ask them to make you some unique dishes. You won't be disappointed.

After seeing all the positive reviews were we're excited to come here. We arrived at 11:30 just as they opened. There were already people lined up so this was a good sign.

We didn't get our food until 12:15. Our service was slow and short and to top it off there was no wifi.

Our sushi was good but not good enough to make us wait. I have been to several other sushi places I'm north Georgia that are cheaper and better and much faster. So I don't really plan on coming back

On a side note there is no kids menu either so you must order an adult entree. We ordered 1 bento box for 13.99 that fed 2 4 year old boys.

The green tea is served in glasses with no handles so you might have to wait for it to cool down to drink.
