Sadly I needed to visit with my senior dog who was not doing well and ended up making the decision to lovingly euthanize her. The staff and vet were great and very supportive

Dr. Grover is the kindest, most compassionate vet, ever. When he discovered that my 13-1/2 year old Labrador had stage 4 renal failure, he supported my desire to keep Chance as comfortable as possible at home for the time he had left. Dr. Grover was generous with his time to answer questions I had as well as giving treatment options. You can be sure that your pet is in the very best hands when you entrust them to Dr. Grover and his wonderful staff.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!
Dr Grover deserves 10 stars. I have seen many vets for my 12 year old dog and NONE compare to the attention, compassion and care he provides. Never will you feel rushed or pressured in his office. In fact, he is the most thorough I have found. Prices are more reasonable than most offices I have visited. We never need to find another vet again :)

The good: a caring vet who takes the time to explain options. I never felt pressured to add on services. My elderly dog had developed an incurable cancer and things were looking bleak. I foolishly took my dog to another vet practice that had more equipment, better hours and more vets. Many $$ later, I took her back to Dr. Don. She received the best care and we weren't' gouged by him. He presented a realistic look at her situation and we determined keeping her comfortable was a priority.

Now I have 2 lovely rescue dogs that I am entrusting to the care of the Lisle Animal clinic. Dr. Don and his staff are the best. You won't get a frilly "naperville-area" experience, the facilities are simple, but you will get value and the security knowing that your pets are in good hands.

This is by far the BEST animal clinic I've ever taken any of my cats to!! Dr Don and all of the staff are extremely kind, caring, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. They always do their best to fit you in on the same day, and never make you feel rushed. Dr Don takes the time to listen and address any concerns or questions you may have, gives your pet a thorough examination, and explains everything in terms that anyone can understand. He doesn't push "extras" on you to make a quick buck, and his love for animals shines. I've taken my cats here for over 12 years, and my only regret is when I moved 5 years ago, I tried 4 different vets that were closer to my home. I learned the hard way that GOOD, TRUSTING, RELIABLE, Vets are very hard to come by! I will never ever put distance over quality care again. The ONE and ONLY Vet I will ever allow to touch or treat my animals again is Dr Don and the Lisle Animal Clinic!
