This establishment attracts bad people, just like basketball courts. It looks bad on Lowell, and they need to close immediatly.

Was in Chicago for a conference. We stopped by on our way home. Both associates were great. The associate named Jennifer was AMAZING! She was super informative and very easy to talk to about specifics, without feeling awkward. I can honestly say that I learned more helpful information in the 20 mins I was there, then I have in any other store I have visited. Normally I'm roaming around for a good while, because I have no idea exactly what I'm looking for. With Jennifer's help, I left the store confident that I made the right purchase. You go girls!
