  Lindwall's Motors is now State line, but the good service is still there.

  Went to their website and tried to use it to make an appointment for service. Spent time going through all the entering of information including what I wanted to have done, day and time, my information and my vehicles, etc. But never heard back from anyone about that. Even tried contacting them again through their site a while later but again received no response. Using the phone is tough for me so this would have been a great way to get some questions answered and set up a time to get work done, etc. But, since I never heard back after multiple attempts I gave up on them. If they can't respond with a simple e-mail to confirm an appointment, etc. I wonder how other aspects of the business are conducted.

  So picture this, it's Memorial Day weekend and my 2010 suburban engine light goes on and my transmission stops working properly. Add to that I'm 200 miles from home. I call the closest chevy dealer that turned out to be Lindwall in Iron River, MI. It's Saturday and they are closing in one hour. I cannot possibly tell how great they were to me. The service manager told me he would do everything he could to fix my problem despite all the mechanics being gone for the holiday. Turned out, a mechanic was willing to come in and help me. I arrived with only 10 minutes before closing. The mechanic figured out the problem quickly, fixed it and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. They were so kind they were even refusing to charge me. I of course paid them something. The mechanic even gave me his home number in case my truck acted up again and I needed help when the business was closed. This dealership is unbelievable. Although I live 200 miles away in another state, I'm seriously thinking about buying my next suburban from them.
  
  So impressed.and trust me, I'm a pretty tough judge of people!

  Courteous, helpful staff, Good repair shop. Rental cars. Great car deals. Reputable Dealership.
