This is a thriving mall in a time when some brick and mortar stores are threatened by online shopping. The location is near a bunch of good restaurants, in addition there are some restaurants inside.

They don't have a ton of stores but they do have some necessities like Younker's and other department stores. Their selection of places in the food court is alright, not too bad. I love the tattoo place that they have, Iron Lotus, their tattoos are incredible, I'm surprised a place of such high talent was in a mall!

Easy entry doors for handicapped, good bathroom facilities. Good variety of stores and nice clean atmosphere. A good place to go for ' mall walking ' or meeting people. They have a nice variety in the food court with plenty of seating. It is the largest mall in the city.

I began shopping here in 1975. At that time it was an open mall. Many years ago it was enclosed. It has skylights and plants and lovely tiling. There is a food court with tables and chairs. There are benches scattered around. There is a central fountain with benches around it. There are popular franchise stores and locally owned shops that offer unique shopping. I am very glad that I live near Lindale Mall.

Nice clean mall.effectes by the economy and online shopping. Does not have any high end stores. That could attract much more traffic.

Although they have upgraded these recent years, the mall once again ensures that it hasn't gotten caught up to any tiers that the Corral Ridge and Jordan Creek malls sit upon. With new additions being an Oshkosh Bgosh and another furniture/ home store that we so desperately need, another phone store that have 6 locations anyways, a bed store that we have many just down the road. Doesn't make sense and that's why they won't ever have more people coming like they do to those other cities malls. Until they put stores people actually want like some designer stores or something!!

Quiet, slow, lots of security, few shoppers. Food court almost empty of choices. I don't know what's happened here, being new to the area, but I'm surprised the mall can stay in business. The stores are nice, the mall seems well kept. The star rating is due to no food court to speak of.

Clean, they have cool activities and a play center for the children. Store variety is great. Two floors make some trips convenient! Iowa Works is in the basement, which is pretty cool.

There are some really good stores & then some not so good. Would be nice if there was a better selection of restaurants.

Came near this location to visit the Red Lobster. We had a huge party of 14 and they had no problem sitting us. The staff was great, the food was great. Too bad I was from outta state so I can't enjoy this friendly place again soon.

Lindale and adjacent smaller malls make up probably the number one shopping destination in Cedar Rapids. Almost everything can be found here. Central location. Never a problem with access or parking although pretty crowded.

It's a mall, so there's that, but as malls go it's not a bad one. There are a decent number of shops and the food court isn't bad. Parking is fairly good even at busy times. Some of the stores are smaller than I'd like, but overall it's pretty good.

It is a very typical midwest mall. Meaning, it has all the popular stores with nothing very unique or diverse. It is very clean, safe and the food court is pretty decent for the size of the mall.

We had not been there for a while, but we decided to make a quick stop last time we were in Cedar Rapids. I needed wifi to do something online. I had some difficulty getting logged in to the public wifi. Eventually connected and everything went great. Once that was done we finally got a good look at the shops. The holiday games and calendars shop was well stocked and I took home a great puzzle and a few other things too! The jewel of the mall, in my short visit, was the candy shop. With a great array of candies from several different time periods, the shop is worth a stop. Add on fudge and flavored popcorn and you need to go!

I have visited Lindale several times in the past months. While it is a good location, the shopper experience is forgotten. You show up and only by the grace of great do you find a parking spot. Typically it's easier to park in a local fast food joint and walk. Once you enter the building you are immediately assaulted with food vendors and pushy salespeople. You breathe a sigh of relief as you finally make it to the main walkway, but NO. In your path there are at least 8 trolley cart salespeople trying to railroad you into a useless product. The only good experiences I have had recently are by entering the Sears store directly, or by visiting an attached restaurant directly through their front door.
