Shopping with granddaughter for her Easter dress was fun and successful. We tried on LOTS of dresses in several stores and all sales associates were patient and helpful. Purchased a dress and leggings.

We enjoyed the outdoor walking after the car ride along interstate 80. There is shopping, food and gas. We only visited sketchers, subway and old navy today. We wanted our stop to be short. The only food choices are Arbys, McDonald's and subway. There are lots of stores at the mall, lots of garbage cans as well. This is a very clean mall.

Seems a bit like it's a ghost town, but with a lot of cars. It's hard to explain. But all in all I enjoyed shopping there, and could not have asked for more parking space.

My wife loves this place. We did find some really good prices on clothes at VF (Vanity Fair). I wish there were more guys stores tho (sporting goods, outdoor stuff, maybe a motor cycle or car place,etc . . ) we will go back . . .

Plenty of options to shop. Based on our shopping experience very few deals to be had. I have shopped many outlet malls, but this one almost seemed higher than traditional stores. We shopped in January and thought we would find more clearance type deals. Nope.
Stores were clean and staff was helpful. Great selection of stores.
There is a pet exercise area on the West side.
Don't know that we will stop again

I love Tanger in Williamsburg because it is close to my home and is not over crowded. The employees at all the stores I visit are kind and helpful. I used the Tanger coupons and was a little disappointed that you can't use them at all the stores and not all stores are true "outlet" stores. That is the only reason for the 4 stars.

I used Tanger Outlet's Personal Shopper for the first time. I will never NOT use this again! They were wonderful!. I'm a guy that absolutely hates clothes shopping. This service is fantastic for people like me. Summer Knapp, my Personal Shopper, did a great job finding exactly what I asked for even though some of the clothing requests were off-season (Swim suits in October? No problem!). She was vey personable and almost immediately responsive to all of my shopping requests. The on-line service request form was very straight forward and well designed. Response by email was, as I stated, almost instantaneous. Keep up the good work! and whatever Summer is making she deserves a raise!

I love this outlet mall. It is a 2 hour drive from my house but well worth the drive. I always get GREAT deals. Never been disappointed.

Wear comfy walking shoes to explore the many outlet stores here. It's good to go on a weekday if possible. It's open air layout so try for a day with pleasant weather.
Stop at the Customer Service area and pick up a coupon book, which you can use same day.

Fun place to shop with good prices. The stores range from ladies clothing to men's big and tall to a kitchen store and everything in between. There are public restrooms and all stores are ADA accessible. It's easy to get to because it's located right off the interstate.

Tanger Outlet always has great deals. The selection can be a bit slim depending on the time of year, but I was pleasantly surprised by the increase in variety available among their stores.

Good shopping experience and excellent help at all the stores. Particularly enjoyed Columbia and the Eddie Bauer stores. Great parking and clean restrooms at the customer service center.

Lots of great shopping, if you bring small children remember to pack a stroller. I gave four stars based on a few things. Areas to buy food are limited and out of the way, and safe crossing areas where not what I'd call easy or convenient for quick use.

My daughter and I went to Williamsburg for an early Mother's Day shopping trip. We had the best day! All the clerks in the stores were very friendly and I loved getting all the cute clothing bargains! I work at a school, so I also received a free coupon book and a $15 Tanger gift card. That was a nice bonus and I used it to buy cute earrings! Tanger is one of the nicest outlet malls I've shopped at - I'll continue to go back!

The corning-wear store and other kitchen store are dangerous for me! I can never leave without buying a ton of stuff! Plus other stores like coach and express always have awesome deals.

Loved the stores and the friendly employees. My only complaint is not any eating places. We hurried up to shop so we could go find a place to eat. Would be a great to have a hamburger or hot dog place.

Always a great place to stop when traveling West on I-80
Decent selection of different stores but the only reason I ever stop there is for the Nike Outlet Store.
All of the other stores are okay but most of them don't really offer any type of discounts.
The Polo Ralph Lauren store is just as expensive if not more expensive than shopping at a local mall or online.
The Old Navy store is great, good selection & prices!
Overall, still a good place to visit monthly but it's just a little too far & inconvenient for my taste.
