This is no longer a mall, this is a parking lot with some cheap/crappy product stores like Ross and Burlington. They've added a few new food shops which is nice but they didn't add any public outdoor spaces like they were supposed to or half of the stuff that got the project approved. The place is a concrete wasteland. Just go to Lindale on the other side of town, they have everything over there.

Not to much of a complaint. Let me start by saying, I don't think that you can consider Westdale a mall. Every store is independent of one another and there's no food court. Another aspect is having to bundle up to go from store to store. I personally enjoy shopping at JCPenney & Burlington but if you go to Westdale Mall you will have to go in & out of the elements to complete your shopping.

Westdale Mall is undergoing a major reconstruction. While there are a couple anchor stores that remain open, most of the main portion is still under construction as of January 2018. They have added some good restaurants around the perimeter of the property, such as Chipotles, Freddy's, and Einstein Bagels. I have high hopes for this property, but it is still very much wait-and-see.

Westdale Mall needs to change their name. It is not a Mall anymore. There are some good stores in this old mall area. Would be great, if in time, they connected the anchor stores with an indoor zoo, and maybe even go cart track with a water park. Ya let's do it.

No longer a mall connecting stores. All free standing JCPenneys & Younkers. Ross for less Petco & Evans Shoes to open soon too. Many food estabishments have opened as well. Chick fil a, Freddies, firehouse subs, orange leaf, Noodles & Company.

What mall? The mall is gone. Turn down. Kaput. No longer there. There are some stand alone stores Penney's, Ross is coming .. close by Kohl's; bed, bath etc.; Toysrus; etc.

My car was very dusty inside and out from a long road trip on Oklahoma's dirt roads.
I have to say that it was fairly clean when I left, but not up to my standards.
They missed several spots when they wiped down my interior, so there were dust patches all over the dash when they were finished.
I bought the $15 package which included a vacuum and wipe down inside the vehicle as well as a run through the automatic washer.
The staff was very friendly, but the service seemed rushed and unfinished. I'm still glad I went and I would do it again because my car is my greatest tool and asset for my work life.
It was a bit too busy that day.
I understand how they may have been under pressure to get me through fast and missed a few things.

Not a lot of shopping options since the mall is still being developed (only had JC, Burlington and Yonkers) but great space so I expect big expansion before the end of the year

Area is currently being remodeled and construction is going on. Will be a great area in a few years.

They are really renovating this place. The mall as it was before has been demolished, but the new stuff they are putting in to remodel and reinvent it is great!

It's not here anymore. I've seen it at its best as a child, then it slowly became a ghost town.

It's still a work in progress but it's looking very nice. I'd recommend people to drive around there check out some of the restaurants.

These *ssh*les had something truly great going on. People even went there just to walk (Mall Walkers) for exercise or to meet new people. It had a decent line of stores, all of which have been closed, except for 2 stores (Younkers and JcPenney?). I hope someone "smart" moves into CR and buys them back in order to bring back this mall and its Mall Walkers. I like Lindale, but I miss this mall with its rustic look and unique infrastructure.
