Space is filling in nicely with a variety of different types of stores, able to rest at several benches and/or tables while walking around the strip mall, several types of unique culinary establishments within a block or two of strip mall

Pleasant store, there is some organic produce and prices are OK. I was really exited about bulk foods sections. In the biginning it was just wonderful, I enjoyed the freshness and high qualith. Now it is showing signs of neglect and I stopped buying lots of stuff there. Really sad..

What was Sycamore Mall is being made over into a different place. Growing all the time with stores relocating here. The Dollar Store which is the 21st Century five and dime and then some, Panera's great breads, sweets and soups and Marcus Sycamore Cinema with 12 screen movie theater as well as Pizza Ranch's fried Chicken, pizza, delivery and buffet are strong draws.
I stopped going to cinemas because of the high prices, uncomfortable seating and the loss of an experience. The cinema here has decent seats, clean theaters and ample rest rooms. No one beats home for comfort, ambiance and price but the Marcus Cinema chain are giving a good go.
. Different mall but still plenty parking, accessible by IA City Transit are worth your look.

I haven’t been to the old Sycamore Mall area for quite a while, I love what they’ve done with it. We went to Rolli PopLOVED it! Then stopped by Lucky’s Market for a few groceries. I love their fresh produce and meat/seafood selection!

What once was Sycamore Mall has now been transformed into a handful of small shops, a theater, Panera, and more. I usually visit Lucky's which is an organic food store along with a great selection of alcohol. Beers and wine, no hard liquor. They offer a fresh meat counter with seafood and pork products alongside the usual items found in grocery stores. One of the best things about shopping here is you can purchase a glass of wine or a pint of tap beer to enjoy while you shop. All in all its a convenient quick place to grab a few things for supper.

the main reason you should be going to this location is Lucky's Market. it is flat out amazing. no nicer produce anywhere.

Good variety of stores. Is annoying that the marketplace is cut in half by Lucky's, but it's not too much of an annoyance. Wich there were more stores though.

I dislike many of the changes that have been made to the Sycamore mall, including its renaming. I think the worst change is that you are now cut off: People in the Paneras and radio-shack wing can't eaisly get to the cinema, HRblock, and Geek Store wing.

This is a growing marketplace that was revived with the opening of Lucky's Market and has drawn several quality retail stores, such as DropInn, Panera Bread, Radio Shack, and Sally Beauty. Has a nice play area for children and a seating area for dining or relaxing.

I enjoy shopping at Lucky's, Drop Inn (thrift store), and Dollar Tree. We occasionally go see a movie here, or go to Panera's for a snack, and my husband likes to visit Radio Shack. I'll sometimes pop into Four Seasons. Would love to restaurants in this mall that is trying to revitalize itself. Easy parking, and easy to get to from Highway 6, and 1st Ave/Lower Muscatine.

Iowa city marketplace has really spruced up recently. Lucky's was a great addition. Everything is technically connected inside but can be slightly irritating to get through depending where you are. Overall, good selection of low to mid range price stores for daily use. I wish they had another entrance on first ave, but oh well.
