Andrew and his team were amazing! Needing the services of a lawyer can be intimidating and even scary, but I never felt that way with Lincoln Law.

If you have to file, this is the place to go. Very understanding, they explain everything, they take care of everything, I simply wouldn't go anywhere else for a personal bankruptcy. I've heard horrible stories about other attorneys and their methods and attitudes. Lincoln Law, especially the one in Orem UT, is simply the best!

Bankruptcy sounds scary and like a whole lot of work but Andrew Curtis and the team made it a smooth experience. We were impressed by their professionalism and kindness. I went to 3 other lawyers before deciding to go with Andrew and it was a waste of my time. No one treated us better or was as valuable. The staff at Lincoln Law was always helpful and answered all my annoying questions. The actual signing appointment we had to bring our baby and they were completely patient with us. Overall, I'd say a 5 star experience even with a crummy situation!

When we went to Andrew we were desperate. 50k in debt. We made the payments on time and the few times we were late I called and they worked with me and didn't charge me late fees.
He laid it all out for us on what we owed, how the process would work and so forth .

When we got a threatening letter he helped us file a response.
He was never judge mental.
I felt like c*** because I had to file. He let us take our time. When we made the final payment I asked to postpone so I could make sure I was 100%.
We decided that we didn't need to file, instead we are using the debt snowball and will be out of Debt then soon ready to buy a home. I finally got the guts to call today and explain that to him. His response? "Let me know when you get into that home! That is great news!"

This man is not in this business for the money, he truly cares about what is best for his clients.

If you need to file bankruptcy please talk to Andrew--he will make sure you're taken care of.

I am so grateful my husband and I decided to go to Lincoln law. They were the best choice we could have made. The whole office staff has been amazing since day one. They were prompt in responding to any questions I had and trust me I had a lot. They never made us feel uncomfortable or out of place. If anything they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We never felt judged about I financial situation. Andrew was upfront and honest about everything from the beginning. He assured us this process would not be a bad experience and he was right. If i had to rate Lincoln law on a scale 1 to 10 I would rate them 10. I highly recommend Lincoln law if your considering bankruptcy.
