Mike Seltzer Jewelry is the absolute best jewerly store in Wichita. He restored several pieces of jewelry for me and I can bring the jewelry in every 2-3 months for a cleaning and check for any damage. Thanks for all you do.

Beautiful jewelry but how my brother and I were treated was horrendous. My brother made a purchase, and we remained polite the entire time. I decided against buying anything as well as ever returning to their store. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Top notch establishment. Bought my wife's wedding band from here. Mike was able to weld it to her engagement ring, which I bought in another state, no problem. I've brought it in every three months or so for a cleaning for the last few years, but this last time my wife knocked one of the small diamonds out of the band. Mike repaired it and had it back on my wife's finger in three days NO CHARGE. What a stud.

I had a great experience here! I was in and out within 10 minutes. they had just the ring my wife was wanting for our anniversary! they gave me a discount off the original price that was very fair so I didn't even negotiate, everybody deserves to make a profit. I will definitely be back again.

Service wasn't too bad, but the selection of jewelery is a bit dated. Buyer beware, they do not offer returns so if you are looking for the perfect gift for that someone special you may want to buy it from a more modern jeweler in case your "perfect" is different than theirs. We had to settle on another piece of jewelery after that unpleasant realization.
