I️ brought 8 pieces of jewelry to be appraised and possibly sold here. Employees were rude. Most importantly the owner was rude and unprofessional. Never received a call or follow up for items. Went by store 3 times to retrieve items and always met with excuses. Save your time and energy and do not give these people your business especially if it is jewelry related. I️ would give zero stars if I️ could.

Amazing place and great workers! They have searched for several items for me that were impossible to find. Not to mention they have done amazing work for me that others said could not be done. This place is the best and I recommend it to anyone in need of any jewelry help especially when it comes to custom made jewelry.

I absolutely love this store. They are remodeling now, but went in the other day for repairs to my necklace, Peter is the best, and Paula the Office Manager is terrific. We have been coming to their store 4 years now and
this is the best place for repairs, and Paula really knows her business as far as helping customers and Jewelry. We highly recommend stopping in if you love Jewelry. Love you guys

The lady at the counter named Paula was so rude and inconsiderate, not only to me but to the other employees that I was embarrassed for her and honestly a little disgusted. My wife and I are on the verge of losing our home and I just wanted a small portion of our rent for a computer tower that was worth far more than I was asking and she did nothing but insult me and my property the entire time I was in the store. I have been in the store almost a dozen times and Danny(owner) has been nothing but kind and fair. I don't think I will ever set foot in the store again as long as Paula is there. What a terrible experience.

Excellent Service! Everyone was most helpful! I brought in a couple of computers and got a MUCH BETTER price for the repairs than anywhere else. One of the best things about it was that the people working on computers REALLY KNEW what they were talking about and did not try to rip you off like most of the places I have tried in the area!!! The service and competence amounted to what you would find YEARS AGO when people REALLY CARED about their job and the customer!
I even brought some jewelry in on consignment and was given a better quote than anywhere else I had gone. The percentage from the sale given to the customer was at the highest rate I have encountered in the area! So 5 plus stars to these guys all the way around!

Fantastic customer service! I bought a brand new, out-of-the-box mini refrigerator yesterday from these guys that ended up not working after leaving it plugged in for 24+ hours. Not only did they take it back in exchange for another new one - they gave us the one they were using in their office. Now that is how a business should run! Thanks guys!
