What’s the purpose of having a phone number for this place of business if it never get answered!

They bring me other people's mail all the time, i never get my mail. They let other people just go ahead and come in to get mail from addresses without asking for proof of residency. The mailman cant read addresses to save their lives. I hate this post office it's probably the worst most dysfunctional place, they all need to get fired or retrained or just hire new people. I went in a complained already 3 times and nothing has chnaged. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

Totally dependent on the employee you get. Some make this place great, others make it horrible.

Only been here a few times but they haven't lost a package of mine yet, unlike the incredibly terrible post office located in Oak Park (901 Lake St, Oak Park). Oak Park post office lost a very expensive package of mine and they have TERRIBLE service. But after switching to this one, magically so far nothing has been lost. Granted I've only been here a few times, but so far this place is WAY BETTER than Oak Park post office.

This place is horrible! Everybody is rude when I've called and went up there. Would give no stars if that was an option. Have called them multiple time to have my mail held as I would be out of town and came home to a mailbox full of mail. I've had multiple times where packages were supposed to be delivered and it wasn't delivered the day it was supposed to. Also, get other people's mail often.

I get others mail often. Is this happening all over Maywood? Sometimes it is addressed to the proper address but its here at my house!

Bad service. Paid for flat rate box online. Took my items to ship. Was told that they ran out of flat rate boxes and was forced to purchase a package from them even though my items fit in a flat rate envelope ( which is technically cheaper than what I had already paid for.) Another time I took an envelope, but was not satisfied with the seal so I asked if they would give me a price of tape to secure it. Was told to buy their tape, which costs $3.49. Never going here again. Prefer to spend time and gas going anywhere other than here.

I recently had an experience with a lost package. I was tracking this package for weeks. I called Jerry at the Maywood post office and he found and had it delivered the very next day. He exceeded all my expectations. THANK YOU
