Lincoln Caverns is an excellent experience for anyone around Huntingdon or are otherwise interested. An informative lecture is given before people go in the caverns, and the caverns offer a wonderful experience. The gift shop also has interesting items customers can choose from. I recommend people to go to Lincoln Caverns.

Did a school field trip, and it was one of our favorites. It was well worth the 2 hour drive.. The program was well planned, our guide was knowledgeable, a lot of fun and fantastic with the kiddos. There was a nice picnic facility, and there were hiking trails. They also had a "panning for gems" for an additional cost.s

Went to the Halloween tour, it was fun. Had a few to many people in the group, so not everyone could see everything. Would be great for families with children.

Way to pricey! Almost $200 for our haunted hayride and cavern. It scared my 4 year olds. The captain was hilarious, loved it. Staff was super friendly.

AWESOME! This was one of the coolest little caves that we've ever visited. The tour guide was great. Very interesting and knowledgeable. I would definitely visit again. Great gift shop as well. Admission was very reasonable.

We chose Lincoln Caverns on a hot day when we were vacationing nearby at Raystown Lake Resort. We were thoroughly impressed. For starters, they offer family admission discounts though their website and kids under 4 are free. The location is easy to get to if you're coming from the south, but it is right off Rte 22, so be prepared for that. The gift shop and ticket area were really nice, with a large selection of toys and gifts, as well as a small snack bar. The staff was extremely accommodating; they made sure groups stayed together for the cavern tour, even if paying separately; they upgraded two of my kids to panning for fossils from panning for gems since the fossil bags were on discount that day; and they were kind, friendly, and courteous. They offer jackets and sweatshirts for people of all sizes to borrow since the caverns are cool. Our tour guide, Cassidy, did a great job describing the history and science of the caverns, keeping the tour moving, and keeping our hyperactive 8 year old in check. She was calm and patient with his continuous testing of the boundaries, but she was firm, which I appreciated. The caverns themselves were interesting and beautiful. The tour includes two caverns with a short uphill climb between the entrances. You could easily spend a couple hours here, and it would be worth your time and money.

Decided to stop by on a rainy day. 2 really cool caverns. Interesting how they were found and have awesome formations. My 7 yr old daughter had a fun time as well.

We took a sixth grade class for a field trip. The presentations were informative and the cave was so exciting for the students to see. I'm certain I'll be back.

Lincoln caverns is a local icon. It's a fun and educational distraction from everyday life. They have a great program for scouts!

If you like Caverns and don't mind a bit of exercise, this place is awesome. Be prepared to hump up hill.
