Robby Johnson and the whole sales staff made our buying experience at Altoona Honda an amazing experience. Robby was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The building was clean and comfortable. They have a play area to keep the kids occupied as well as refreshments and televisions to keep the whole family busy while you finish up all the paperwork. We are very happy with the deal we received on our new 2017 Honda Pilot. Thanks again to Robby and the staff at Altoona Honda.

Ken is amazing to work with. We called him on a Monday and by the end of the day we purchased and drive home with the Pilot we wanted. Ken has followed up with personal phone calls to make sure everything is going great and to see if we had any questions. Thanks Ken for the great service. The Altoona Honda Team is great to work with.

Max Glasson and the sales team at Altoona Honda were extremely helpful in finding the exact vehicle that I wanted and working with me to get the payments where I needed them to be. Max was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to explain all of the features. I am very pleased with the customer service I received at Altoona Honda and I love my new CR-V!

Had several codes on my dash, took into Honda and they scheduled my car to go in for work done, spoke with Shawn, Wendy and Jeamy very friendly courteous, explained everything and even gave me a rental while my car was being worked on for no charge. They said it would be a week, and ended only being a day and half. VERY VERY nice place and great employees .

I was in need of a car within a week. Jon Stern, a sales associate, helped me find the car i wanted for the best price. He wasn't forceful with finding me a car, but rather heard my needs and found what i was looking for. I am from PA but currently live in Boston. Jon and his team made the process of paperwork and and gaining posession of the car seamless. I am forever thankful for their care, concern, and hard work for my car buying situation!

If you want to go to a Car Dealer and be treated fantastically go to Altoona Honda. In the Maintenance part of the dealership Wendy Gioridio Is so advanced in knowledge of cars (it amazes me),so helpful and polite ;She tries to help you in every way possible and not pushy but concerned. I have heard from a lot of customers how impressed they were with her Even talking to her on the phone! Thank you Altoona Honda for having Wendy there, she is a wonder women!

Love this dealership. The service department is wonderful. Wendy, Brad, Shawn, and Jeremy always take good care of my CRV. I appreciate that they never pressure me into doing services I don't need, and explain everything completely so I know what's being done to my car. They also get my car in quickly when there is a problem. I've been a customer of Altoona Honda (formerly Blair Honda) since 2004, and completely trust them when it comes to my vehicle. No need to go anywhere else in town for service!!

Having my Hondas serviced at Altoona Honda is an experience in comfort, quality, efficiency, and friendliness. Wendy Giordano is always so pleasant and helpful on the phone when I call to schedule an appointment or ask a question. Just the other day, I was in for some work on my CR-V, which included a tire rotation. Wendy came out and said that my tires were all wearing evenly and suggested that I wait until next time to have them rotated. Wow. Most dealerships would have rotated them (and charged me) anyway, just because I had asked to have it done. Wendy's honesty meant a lot to me. I won't forget it.
Wendy has been my service contact at Honda since 2011 and she has always given me the highest customer care. You can't do any better than Wendy for professionalism, good cheer, and Honda knowledge. I wish these reviews would allow me to give SIX stars. Wendy deserves more then five!response / report this review -

My wife and I had been looking for a new Civic Coupe for her, for about a month, when I came across a left-over 2016 online at Altoona Honda. After a quick call, I was courteously greeted on the phone by Adam Sloan who informed me it was sold the night before. He immediately inquired of the specific trim I was looking for and offered to discount a 2017 for my wife and I. We had tried to deal with a couple of Honda dealerships near us, but neither seemed interested on discounting their vehicles or earning our business. So after an hour and a half road trip, we arrived at Altoona Honda.
The first thing we noticed was a state-of-the-art dealership, new facility, and extremely courteous staff (one young man held the door open for my wife and I as we entered). We were quickly greeted by staff who directed us to Adam Sloan. After a few minutes with him, it was obvious to us that the car buying process was going to be painless. The trade offer was fair and the deal went smoothly. We left with the price and payment being lower than we expected, which allowed us to add an extended warranty on while we worked with the finance department (thank you Justin Griffith).
In closing, let my wife and I thank the staff, specifically Adam Sloan (Sales) and Justin Griffith (Finance) for a wonderful buying experience. As an ex-salesman, who has sat on both sides of the desk, I am pleased to highly recommend Altoona Honda to family and friends.response / report this review -

Overall, working with Altoona Honda was a great experience and they definitely exceeded my expectations in regards to price, service, and quality. There is no doubt that if I had to buy another car I would come to Altoona Honda first.
This was the first time I bought a used car out-of-state and Altoona made the process very simple and painless. Eric helped answer all of my questions via e-mail and was quick and thorough with his responses. We were able to work out a fair price - which was much lower than surrounding dealerships - with minimal additional fees tacked on.
When I went to purchase the car, Zach helped with this process and was a pleasure to work with. He was able to answer any additional questions I had. He also kept in touch after the sale to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I was able to secure financing through the dealership that came in at a better rate than what I was pre-approved for by my credit union (excellent credit). It was obvious to see that Altoona is a dealership with integrity and ensures customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
There was 1 slight hold up with getting the car registered in my state due to titling issues; however, when I notified the dealership of this they quickly fixed the situation and it only caused a slight delay. Things can happen but the fact that Altoona was so responsive even after I already bought the car from them showed how much they value their customers.response / report this review -

My husband and I bought a Subaru from Jarvis in March. It was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the minute we walked in the door until all the papers were signed and we were leaving with the key in hand. Every person that interacted with us was nice, professional, and sincere. Bought a used 2009 Honda Pilot, with 40k miles from Eric at Altoona a few months ago after finding it online. We are from Nebraska and had been searching nationally for a good deal on a low mileage, older Pilot.
I waited to post a review to really see if the car we bought was the car they promised. Oh man, let me tell you--these guys are one-of-a-kind in the car industry! Buying a car online can be a daunting task, but everything on the Pilot checked out to be exactly as they assured and nearly 10k miles later it still drives perfect. Eric answered all of my questions, provided all needed docs, inspections and verifications. Awesome guy and even better service!
If given the chance, I would absolutely hit up Eric again to buy a car from Altoona Honda. So thankful for their awesome service!response / report this review
