Good company. Free recalls for kia.
Great group of salesmen here.
Repaired what was found to be broken. No complaints
Fast and friendly service
I bought a new Kia from Courtesy. Matt Wombacher was an honest up front salesman. He was patient and never tried to force me into anything. Jim in finance was very patient and worked hard to get me an interest rate that was much lower than I expected. Everyone from the sales rep to the sales manager worked to get me what I wanted at the price I could afford. I strongly recommend Courtesy!
They went above and beyond to make us happy. Great experience will do business with again !!
Did not purchase a vehicle here. Took my Kia Sorrento here for a recall repair, oil change and to diagnose some startups lights. Feared the worst and expected a high bill, but even after driving 26 miles to treat things (seemed a bit excessive, but maybe thorough)my bill for everything was just over $100. I'm not saying $100 is cheap, but I didn't feel "ripped off". I felt I was charged for the service rendered. They were very polite and seemed thorough.
I just purchased a 2016 Focus from Salesperson Angela Miller. Good honest salesperson who didn't try to feed me a line of crap. I have bought numerous new vehicles from the Courtesy group and they have always given me the best price.
Absolutely DISGUSTED with the way that Courtesy treats their customers when there is an issue. Bought an 09 Dodge Journey at Courtesy and within a week it was being loaded onto a TOW TRUCK! With smoke pouring from the engine bay and antifreeze sprayed all through the engine bay and pouring over the ground. Called them immediately and they had it towed into their Dodge store. Met with THEE worst person (Dan Wilson) who basically belittled me and made me feel as though it was my fault for buying a used car. He and the rest of the COURTESY team weren't even willing to extend the 30 day warranty to 3 months to ensure it wouldn't happen again. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER go to Courtesy nor will any of my family. Head to FIORE BUICK GMC they got us in a new car that exceeded the POS COURTESY tried to sell us.
I had a very poor and disturbing experience w/ Courtesy Motors. They advertised a truck at a certain price just to get me in the doors. I wasted over 3 hours w/ test drives and paperwork before they informed me that the price listed was a "typo". But that was after two other employees informed me that the price was correct. Courtesy raised the price much higher and was not able to provide me the vehicle at the price advertised. I asked them how often these "typo" errors occur and they said it happens AT LEAST once a month. I work at job where, if a monthly error occurs, people could get injured, so it's hard for me to fathom that these errors occur in a business where you want a good perception and loyal customers. I truly believe Courtesy advertises vehicles at lower prices just to get people in the doors and then, after they fall in love with it, state that the price an error It seems like a weak tactic to compete with Blue Knob or Bud's Auto. Also the customer service is very poor because they make you wait for hours hoping that you will get fed up and just buy the car. The manager gave me attitude and stated that I should have known that the "deal was too good to be true". But when the listing online states a price, I go look at a vehicle and confirm the price with two other employees was correct, test drive it, and start the paperwork to buy it, only to be told BY the manager that the deal was too good to be true, with attitude. IT REALLY HIT A NERVE. I will not be shopping at courtesy and do not recommend anyone shopping there unless you like to be lied to to your face, waste half a day dealing with BS, or bluntly being told that I am the one who was wrong.
