Absolutely love their clothing however the virtual dollars can't be used on clearance items. I'm a loyal customer 60+ pants and countless shirts and dresses. They use the virtual dollars when the store is either 40% or 50% off. I would have had to spend so much more just to use them. Very poor customer service!!
